People are ok but work is irregular so don't depend on it, poor pay and lack progresstion.
Awful place, grumpy supervisor, nobody is helpful with new staff
It's a great company to work for the staff are friendly, helpful and supportive. The work ethic is relaxed, but productive driven.
Rude people! They have no manage! Shut their licence please!!
I worked here for over 7 months, it is a 0 hour contract job so they can get rid of you as and when they please, MANAGEMENT is a joke and nadja, in charge of booking you shifts barely replies to her emails. The job was nice and easy but you got to be in their good books, no reason to why they made over 100 of us jobless.
You will never be going to be paid as you have worked, some nonsense excuses will be given. You will never have the bonus that they promise you, nobody has it! You will be robbed on your own desk, even your reading glasses, please do not leave your items unattended! you will feel miserable working for this company with lack of transparency and support. Avoid at all cost this unhealthy environment.
A truly awful work place with the only redeeming feature being your fellow interviewers. A Call Centre Manager by the name of Heidi Moulinie who other than being a reflection of the Class A abuse that afflicts our society runs the contact centre like her very own fifeom where everyone falls into two categories: favourites and dispensable objects. Supervisors aren't much better with a particularly terrible example being Nazareth who displays all the worst characteristics of human kind. Appreciate those looking to work here aren't likely to have much choice; so stay under the radar and good luck!
