What can I say the best agency in north wales they look after there staff they always have work I would highly recommend them to everyone and the staff at diamond are the best by far they go above and beyond for you and I would like to thank Howard an his colleagues kade and Mathew for everything that they have done.

I was made redundant from my job after 30 years, signed on at Diamond a week later and Howard got me a temporary job for 8 weeks which turned out to be permanent at OTi in Trelogan. All at Diamond were very helpful, got paid on time every week, they check to see you are ok in your roll.

Worked for this company for 22 weeks was dismissed for raising concerns about training then agency refused to pay holiday pay even though it was made clear if a holiday was taken you would be replaced as shift was very small and holidays meant less staff currently going through Acas they are to be avoided at all costs

I requested holiday pay and didn t receive it then when I left you stole a all holiday pay which was cured this I can prove so think wisely??
