Thank you Janae! You really helped with finding solutions when the online set up was not working properly. The 3 hr customer assistance was hectic but you made it easy. For being a new customer and first time moving to Kissimmee makes me feel right at home. Thank you for lifting stress off my shoulders when I needed it last minute! Have a beautiful day.
Always outages. Excited when I move to a place that never has this many issues. Don t buy a house in this area unless you like your power going out randomly.

Employees are rude and incompetent. I never get anything resolved when i call. I hate that im stuck with this company and dont have a choice, because of where i live.
I would choose a zero star if available. Literally ALL I needed to do was a transfer, however, it has some caveats that needed to be expressed via telephone. Unfortunately they pretty much force you to go through their online portal which DID NOT help at all with my issue and instead the original owner got a late fee and we still have no transfer. I would LOVE if someone would let me actually talk to them so I could determine the actual service.
I don't know if anyone is having the issues that we are having but apparently KUA has forgotten about a outstanding electric bill from 2005 that wants to tack on that to my ongoing bill which is absolutely absurd hopefully no one is going through the issues that I'm having at the moment be careful KUA is out to get everyone

And security guard very funny and respectful.
These company really needs some work my family moved here from another city and we have been none stop fighting with them about turning on our power we have the money and we have kids they have been leaveing us in a hot house from misunderstanding. Instead. Of turning on the stupid power till things get worked out.
Honestly the worst Utility company I have ever seen.. I was warned that they were difficult but it took 1 week to get service setup.. It was horrible.. I wish I had another option.. The are almost a good enough reason not to purchase property or rent in Kissimmee..
