worst service, ever.

serve yourself because no one will be serving you. couple beside us requested for assistance for a photo, and some water. no one came. assisted themselves with the water and came to us to help them take a pic.

presented sands rewards to their cocky staff upon payment, was told my password has an error and was forced to reset on the spot (when clearly their device had a problem) waiter was not happy, told me to personally approach cashier myself to rectify error on the restaurant s device. i was not having it either. suggested them to double check the account on their device and indeed, was an error on their end.

time to upgrade staff training.
would not recommend.

Go to the bar for the best view if the Singapore Skyline. Just buy drinks.

We have been keep waiting for 10 minutes, after that they said that the we had to wait an additional hour for the table. We have been accommodated at the bar, although many tables remained empty for the entire dinner time. The view is amazing but the food overpriced for the quality and taste. Asked for a variation in a simple sashimi dish. We have been invited many times of not changing because of the price!

Awesome views from the top but the drinks are severely overpriced especially as most of it is pre packaged stuff. The cocktails are also conveniently proved just $1 more than the value of the free drink coupon. Worth going for the views regardless.

it's a little scam of the year ... staff really not smiling (which is rare in Asia), poorly maintained establishment ... average lunch (2 entrees, 1 dish, 4 glasses of wine and a bottle of water = 300 $) ... no no ... this is the Vi

Food was great and so were drinks, and the majority of the service was great but I was attempting to be nice to the Turkish waiter and he was not having it and proceeded to give me my worst dining experience

1. Nice view & ambience
2. I took Veg food over there so out of which my favourite were cauliflower steak, brocolli & tofu.
3. Service can be improved by deploying more attendants.
4. Quite limited options for dessert & amongst that 'Rose Watermelon' was awesome.

Just LOVE LOVE LOVE. I ordered for a cauliflower steak and this out of my imagination thinking what am I gonna get to eat. Guess what , I was appalled with what I got to taste. This was an ultimate dish I would have ever had. So beautifully curated for my taste buds. The crispy prawn sushi was also an amazing addition. This is a place for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians to explore.

Nice place for a cheeky cocktail with a view. Can get super busy though.

Omg! Got told off by a snobbish waiter that a table cost 1000 plus..terrible experience. Recommend Singaporean s and expats of brown skin not to go cheers!

Well, not that I ve expected engaging else. But knowing few good roof-top bars in this city, I was expecting to get good drinks. Well, surprisingly they were awfully sweet and expensive. So besides the view the whole experience is rather poor.

My favorite rooftop bar in Singapore. The view from up there is just breathtaking! I regularly go here for drinks and just soak in the goodness of the little red dot. I also refer to this bar as my "happy place". Highly recommended!

Nice place to admire the city is the surroundings. The prices for consumption remains honest.

Took the in-laws for the view at the restaurant (have only been to the bar and club part before and LOVE their resident DJ Suren!) And were pleasantly surprised by the staff and service. Got 2 free shots for international women's day and felt so warmly welcomed. Thank you.

Better places to go in towers nearby. Food quality was horrible. Ice tea, or cocktail with juices all artificial and horrible as well. The cherry on the top was the waiter removing the chopsticks from my hand while I was still eating without even asking. Really horrible experience. We left and went to Level 33 a few tower away. Much better service, great views and better quality for value.

Beautiful to see, has 57 floors a huge pool that from the city view I recommend when you have Singapore not to visit.- Paradise city

Very good view in this restaurant at Singapore, but not very well for the foods.

Okay, let be clear; SG$ 22.00 per person to go up to this rooftop bar at 57th floor to find hardly any place to sit down. Most people end up walking around or standing somewhere. Entrance fee can be used to set against the bill, cocktails (limited selection, they have about 10 choices) go for SG$23++ each, beer is SG$20++. Service slow, staff needs to be called to get table service. Sometimes life DJ for good vibes, like Sundays and that is a good extra! Not to mention the views which are terrific obviously that is also the reason to pay this price! So, go for it, and tick it off your list!

It was really bad experience. Their staff service were very rude as well. The table was only allow to stay 2hrs and we request the staff to give us just 5mins times. But they cannot give us the time for 5mins!! It was so unbelievable. Our food have not finished by that time and we just want to have 5mins time to finish the food and prepare to leave the table..... if they really could not allow to stay even a mins, they should remind us before the 2hrs ends.... i do not want to visit again.

Nice ambient for dining. The view will be better with rain and Outdoor view is good. Food portion is small, so do not expect for big serving.

Rude staff ruined the mood. We had to pay $20 to get on to the roof, which would be redeemable on an overpriced drink (cocktails around $22 and a Stella Artois 50cl beer $20!). The vouchers are made of paper and mine blew away in the wind when I set it on the table for a moment to look at the menu. I looked at length but couldn't find it. I asked if we could use our receipt to pay for a drink (we obviously had not ordered yet) and a staff member asked us to wait while she got the manager. She disappeared for the rest of the night. After 20 minutes I asked another staff member who was extremely rude and patronising and left us to wait for another 40 minutes until I demanded to see the manager. Another 15 minutes later the manager came and finally let us have our drinks that we'd pay for at last. Bad service, overpriced and overrated.

One of the best experiences in Singapore. The restaurant is located on the 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands resort. For people who are not staying in Marina Bay Sands and want to visit the place have to pay a cover charge of 23$ which is totally redeemable at the restaurant. The ambiance is serene and you can watch the entire skyline. Great place for photos. The drinks and food is on the expensive end as the cost is for the experience.

A great place for drinks if not a guest at the hotel. Pay the S$20 for admission and in return receive a drinks voucher to use at the bar

After a streak of less than satisfactory experiences:

Pros : great view on the skyline
Cons: poor commercial music, $38 cover charge, disrespectful security staff

View is cool but to get access you have to buy a ticket at the ground floor which is stupid. You can mostly see from the bar but drinks are ridiculously expensive but might be able to just walk around and not buy anything

Honest review, food and staff on the upper floor was great but ground level staff was really not up to expectations. Shortcut - Unless you are wearing some LV or Hermes bag then maybe they will entertain u, was treated differently from the customer in front of us. Really, not coming back again. 1st and last time.

View is fantansic.drink n food are great. But The other side of the skypark do not have any seats. So we had to stand throughout our stay which we don like. We had to stand for almost 2 hrs before we leave. Hope the sky bar will improve on that.

View is great but staff is terrible. You are going to spend $25 USD a drink minimum but at least other fine establishments throughout the world you get treated nice and with respect. This place doesn t give a f** about you.

A great experience for the place and the views, the truth is the attention is very good following the Asian category. The price is according to the views, the emblematic and famous place in which it is located. The food is good but nothing exceptional. It is true that there is a coulant-type dessert with gold leaf that is very delicious.

Outstanding place with superb food, views, cocktails etc. Be prepared to pay for it. It is absolutely worth it.

One minor annoyance: If you want to visit the SkyPark (on the floor below, 56), you have to get separate tickets, and there's no easy access between the two. SkyPark has better views of the city, but was crowded, so getting back up to the restaurant was a pain. It isn't clear on the website how this all works. Now you know.

Best nlocation to see the whole country. You can even see Sumatra parts of indonesia. A must if you are at the hotel or close primity.

You can't reach the edges while there's a private event. And they won't inform you when buying ticket on the ground floor.

Views were so so. Even with the best seats at the edge there's a section restricted only to hotel guest

Great experience and lovely views made greater by BJ our server who was super fantastic and very friendly. 22SG per persons payable at the foyer as a credit towards ones bill. It gets really busy ahead of the 8 and 9 pm lazer show

Perfect Bar with a great View...

Ce La Vi is great place to hangout with your tourist friends and its gives you the feel of being on top of the Singapore..

Few points to note:

1. Redeemable Cover charge of SGD 22/ pax is charged on the ground

2. There are three zones where you can sit. The free zone tables are very crowded during the evenings. There is another zone where you need to take 2 drinks per person to sit there. The best Zone is the reserved zone which has the best view out of all.

3. If you go to the opposite direction of the Ce La Vi on the top (towards the club), you'll find a super nice balcony on your left where there is less crowd and you can see the Ariel View of Gardens by the Bay. That place has cool breeze, nice view and relatively less people.

Of course the view is beautiful ... A bit noisy anyway and impossible to be on the edge of terrace past 22.00

Absolutely awesome! View was spectacular, drinks were great, and the calamari was killer! Highly highly recommend if you are in Singapore.

You get the view, other than that... I sincerely expected more, the prices are super high and neither the place nor the service (especially the service) stand to those standards... I felt I was in a two star bar in Mexico.. not in the most exclusive rooftop in Singapore! A shame really...

Top restaurant in Marina Bay Sands. First class dishes. If you don't want to eat, you can enjoy a few drinks in the sky bar with a great view

Loved the location, food, view. My Pinot wine was not so good, so I would suggest a cocktail.
Visit the bar, buy a ticket and get a $20 credit voucher .
