If I lived out of town, ai would travel to KT's for the best Italian food and pizza in town.

Kids loved the pizza....the wife and I had salads. Decent food, good service.

The food is great... The marinara sauce has a bit of sweet taste is amazing... Sometimes we add garlic and salt to kick it up a little. Sure wish the wait staff was a bit more consistent as they appear to have high turnover of highschool aged kids trying to run a restaurant. It would be nice if the cook (owner?) Would come out and say hi. I bet a little more customer service would fill the place... Usually we are alone when dinning here...

Our go to pizza place up here. THANK YOU FOR CARRYING GREEN OLIVES!! I'm from Chicago, and apparently it's common up there, rare in Virginia and uncommon out here (though still findable). I haven't been disappointed yet from this place. My only remarks are 1.) Please add online ordering. It can be challenging with a 2 year old in the background to order on the phone sometimes. 2 year olds HATE when their parents talk on the phone. 2.) While the pizza is tasty, it's a little too soft near the center. 3) I'd love more options on the menu, including wings - I get there's a place next door but I don't want to order/run to 2 places. Just more side/dessert options in general would be great :] but overall, very happy this place is down the street!

Loved the pizza .would definitely go back for it .lunch special lasagna was alright.. probably wouldn't re order that again .

I love the food the use to have chicken empanadas the where so good but the dont sell them no more

I order delivery from here about once a week. The people are always friendly to deal with on the phone and in person when delivering. For the area I think the food is pretty good. I mainly order a pizza of some type and haven't found anyone who is better locally. It's always been made correctly and is hot when delivered. Normally deliver seems to get here in about 20 mins, even when quoted 45-60 mins, but today that estimate was accurate.

UPDATE: So I ve ordered from this place quite a bit, but today was told they charge a surcharge for taking credit cards. It was only $1, but. This really should be built into your cost of doing business. I found an old receipt from them and apparently they have been doing it for a while but not telling customers.

The pizza was big and it was really great my only concern was when I asked for hamburger looking like it was place on the pizza

We love this place! We have never had a bad experience and been ordering from them for almost two years now. Super fast, friendly and best pizza in Jax! Definitely a hidden gem of Oceanway.

KT's is not bad at all. Actual one of my favorite Italian restaurants in all of Jacksonville. Small and intimate design with a family oriented feel. The food is great. Give this place a try - Ansel Ponce Diama

I often come here because my parents live right down the street. The staff is very friendly and the food is always good. It s really the only pizza place around this area but it doesn t stop them from making excellent pizza. Better than most places and super fast!

I am new to working in this area and after struggling to find something that is both tasty and close I came across KT's. So far I've only had the pizza and cheese bread but both were amazing. I believe this place may be one of the better finds in Jacksonville.

For the money great place to eat their chicken parmesan is very good I'm just not really into thick chunky spaghetti sauce I wish they would make it thinner or not have as much chunky tomatoes in it and the only thing I would change there is it better mozzarella would make this place on stoppable

Great flavorful pizza just like home. Clean and well lit dining area. Great staff. They make their own dough and chop their own fresh vegetables. We have found the soLuton to those bland chain pizza stores. We're going to get two pies next time so we can stick slices in the freezer for that great homemade pizza taste at home. Nice job KT's.

Awful service who ever was working nights on 05nov2020 had absolute worst service, ignored all calls and even accidentally picked up and hung up when they noticed

Best pizza in the area a little expensive but not like mellow mushroom expensive.

Overpriced for what you get. My crust was soggy and the toppings are sparce!

Great food but staff are difficult to deal with on the phone. Go there to eat, much better service.

Just called to place an order. Had a coupon with no expiration for this location and they informed me they are not accepting coupons. I can't believe this is a thing oh well my business will go elsewhere.

This restaraunt is a very good place to go &eat also to relax weather for lunch or dinner or maybe they might serve breakfast

Whenever I go to KT'S PIZZA, I get the best service, the best food, the best of everything? I would recommend KT'S PIZZA to anyone from 20 miles around it's that GREAT! Also, this is coming from Louie ( AN ITALIANO ), who's very very very much picky! They're the best in town, period, point blank!!! I'm just so happy to live close by, cause' it's % authentic ITALIANO!!! Thank you for all your wonderful service over the years...

KT's Pizza has good quality food. The pricing is affordable and their delivery service is quick and convenient. My favorite item to order is their garlic Cheese Bread. Definitely recommend trying!

KT's is very much a hidden gem in Oceanway/New Berlin. The food is always fantastic, the staff are always polite and the atmosphere is always inviting!

I come all the way from the Westside to KT,s love their Pizza staff is friendly parking is a little difficult and hard to find around the back and a little strip mall but food is great

We love the pasta and calzones! It s one of the few restaurants that our family can agree on!!

Subs were below average at best and had very little filling. They also were out of slices of pizza.

I used to love KTs pizza and ate there the past 9 years but it has truly went downhill recently based on our experience today. While we were trying to place a delivery order of several items we were told that they were out of beef in the meat lovers calzone and we asked if they could add extra of an ingredient that s already in it to make up for what they are missing.They told us they do not do substitution and we had to pay extra for the ingredient that they are out of. Which we find completely ridiculous never in my life have I heard a business not able to sub out something they are missing. I did ask just out of curiosity are you charging me less since y all do no substitutions and since you re lacking an ingredient they said no. So we would have to pay full price plus an additional fee to get a meat that they were missing in a product they were selling. No, thank you! I ll take my business now and in the future else where. What a rip off.

I've attempted to call and support his business and they never answer the phone. I was introduced to this spot by a friend visiting and they stopped to order pizza.

Good but had better. Always are short staffed looking for waitresses as evidence of sign posted on front door past few months. Overall, good. Better than lil ceasers, dominoes and pizza hut IMO

Ordered pizza last night for delivery and it arrived poorly cooked

The dough tasted raw and the veggies weren't cooked

Called to let them know and the owner - who had cooked the pizza _ tole me I was wrong and that the pizza was " perfectly cooked "

Needless to say, I'll not buy from them again

Best authentic Italian !! We love Kt's. Had almost everything on the menu and never been disappointed and always fills you up for a affordable price!

We googled Italian restaurants near me and decided to take a chance. We were a bit worried when there few cars but it was as great. The waitress was friendly and offered suggestions which were spot on. The salad was crisp and flavorful. The garlic bread was hot, garlicky, and plentiful. The baked ziti was very good. I could only eat half of it but wanted to eat more. Husbands lasagna was very good too. He had about 1/3 left so we have lunch tomorrow. More customers started coming in not long after ward. Would eat there again if we were in the area.

Great food, especially pizza, and the staff is always personable, helpful and pleasant.

We were there today...food is great but no one wearing masks, customers or staff. Please reconsider the masks for yours and others safety. More people are dying everyday than on 9/11

The pizza is pretty good. However there is a particular girl who always answers the phone with a very nasty attitude. If we didn't have our heart set on ordering I would've said forget it. This will be my last time spending my money here. I don't deal with poor customer service.

We tried the Deluxe pizza. completely tasteless if you can imagine a crust that has no flavor whatsoever this was it. sauce had no flavor I was really looking forward to finding a good place to go.

A well executed neighborhood Italian restaurant. In that vein, majority of the staff is a rotating cast of teenagers who by and large work hard. When things are busy sometimes they get a little overwhelmed, but the woman who seems to always be in charge (manager/owner??) keeps things moving. Nice selection of standard Italian options, best New York style pizza north of the Dames Point, prices are fair. Takeout and delivery available, and bottled beer on site.

Great service, fantastic pizza! Ugh the zepolis are to die for! Don t get me started on the cheesesteak. I ve found the promise land and boy is it promising. If I could rate it 5.1 stars I would as quick as a heart attack.

Delicious sauce! In two visits tried the Italian sausage sub and stuffed shells. Both tasted great! Sauce seems fresh and unique. Good service and fair prices.

The best pizza in town. Their service is wonderful. The eggplant parmesan is my favorite.

We ordered two large pizzas with a buy one get one 50%off coupon on Saturday afternoon. This is our first time ordering from KT s. The whole family seemed to enjoy it! Remind us of the pizza we would get from our favorite Italian restaurant in Tennessee. We will be back again. We did a carry out order and it was ready in 20 minutes. Thanks for a great lunch!

Growing up in NYC in a family run pizzeria, I will say the crust is perfectly thin and uniform but the gravy (sauce) & cheese have no taste at all! Went back and tried the meatball sub it was bland and the nonexistening gravy (sauce) on sub (had to ask for more on side) was watery and not cooked down enough but tasty. Such a shame...

Generally a very pleasant establishment. Pleasant staff. Good food. This last visit was lacking in that the kitchen had us waiting way too long for our daughter's one man cheese pizza when our meat lovers had already been served. Still a good place despite this one somewhat frustrating experience.

Absolute worst $27 pizza I have ever eaten. I had one slice and tossed the rest. My dog wasn t even interested in it. I just moved to the area and this place will NOT be a go to for me. Hopefully some better quality restaurants move into that strip mall
