Best fettuccine I've ever had. Unique taste to it I can't quite figure out and I enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend.

This pizza is very reminiscent of New York style, their meat lover's is off the hook. I've been here a couple of times and its definitely one of my favorite pizza joints

Pizza's good. Its a little pricy. Staff is very nice and polite.

Young girl at the front counter has no respect. After paying almost 15 dollars for a Medium Pizza with only pepperoni..... I was thinking the pizza would be good........Crust has NO flavor , the pizza was thrown in the trash. Completely flavorless as a whole. I know of multiple local places that are much better. And cheaper ;) SMH

Used to be good. Pizza was overcooked and a couple of other orders recently weren't good. I guess they've changed cooks.

We have been going to KT's for a long time, but been noticing a decline in quality and friendliness. Last week we got 2 pizzas on a two for one promotion. No one was wearing masks when I arrived and they tried overcharging. Got home they charged for pepperoni, but didn't add to pizza. Pizzas seemed reheated and very dry. VERY unfriendly staff. That ended our desire to return.

Best delivery pizza in Jacksonville. Worst delivery hours.

The pizza was burnt, when I let a waitress know the pizza wasn't what we expected and that it was burnt they didn't offer another pizza in the place of that one, a discount or take it off our bill. The service was terrible, and when we got our bill we didn't receive a receipt either.

I would not normally waist my personal time on a review but I promised the manager I would be giving a review. For the second time in just a 5 to 6 week time span, my order was over 1 hour and 45 mins late. I called to cancel considering that just a few weeks ago it was over 2 hours late for delivery. This is a poorly managed business with very a incompetent staff. The food is not bad but nothing spectacular. Most of the time the orders are incorrect. I ordered a BLT sub for lunch only to find they used bacon bits instead of bacon but charge a premium??As of today they have lost my personal business as well as my company's. I would not recommend waisting your time or money.

Been to this place 2 times now the staff was run by young age people that were more about talking on phone ,order food was ok but service was bad had to ask for refills on drinks when returned them to table mixed them up then when Bill can was wrong had to fix 2 times to get right .Drove30 miles to meet friend, that was good .

Found this place by accident. Good prices and great food. Veggie pizza is fantastic.

The stromboli was a large portion, easily feeds 2 people. They do not skimp on the fillings. It was just a bit too oly for my liking, though. I did eat some the next day and it was better.

They have a good thin crust pizza. Nice, quiet place to eat. Looks like they did a lot of pick up orders too.

This store is under new onwers and they are the RUDEST PEOPLE EVER . My family knew the old owners did ate ther and ordered food to be do you livered all the time but last night was a nightmare. I tryied to cancel my order and the owner had the nerve to call me back a yell at me but I thought my parent ate there a lot so I kept my order for 35$for 2 dinners and when they got there my food had Broken plastic pieces in it from the lady that they shattered into my food it looked like they stepped on the box or something , we just wanted them to come get it and take it of my Visa card but the owner told me to NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER CALL THER AND WR SHOLD BE ASHAMED AND HUNG UP ON ME ....

Good food WHEN you can get it.....FORGET trying to order in advance.... no answer..... 2 separate occasions!

Food was good delivery came fast . Could of had more sauce on the food but all in all was good

First time at KTs, had 2 subs, the steak and cheese and the chicken parm. The BREAD is made daily from scratch and is better than PUBLIX. Dont believe me? Try it!

This is a little Mom and Pop type Italian restaurant. My kids talked me into going there. Me and one son had pizza, the other had tortellini. The pizza had a cracker crust with a fair amount of toppings. The salad was nothing special. Overall, I thought it was ok, but I wouldn't make that long of a drive for it again.

Good pizza, but don't just vo there for pizza. Going Italian menu and personable staff.

They still make the best Italian subs in this area! Pizza is also great, and service is fast & friendly.

Delivered within a good/reasonable time and food was really good. We were starving at the time..but altogether it was good service and good food close to home.

The appetizers were great. We had mushrooms and cheesy bread, both were excellent. The pizza was ok. We ordered thick crust and found the crust to be a bit too thick, so well try New York style next time

I came here with 3 years old. The place was clean and surprisingly it was empty. I don t know if it was time or people just take out. Service was great and the pizza was really good. My son wanted pepperoni and I wanted only cheese so we split it with no problem.

Ordered two pizzas. Paid $34 them, mostly crust very little topping and not very big. Flavor wise VERY BLAND. Very small as well.

Our first visit and we were very pleased with the quality of the food. Our server, Hannah, was great. Meat Lovers calzone was crammed full, much larger than expected. Spicy chicken pizza had a pleasant zingy burn! Personal sized 8" pizza was more like 10". Tiramisu was very good! Side salad was iceberg but the blue cheese dressing was good. We look forward to trying pasta entrees next time. Really happy, will go back soon.

UPDATE: KT's is on our list of regularly visited restaurants. The pasta dishes, which include stuffed pastas like tortellini and ravioli, are excellent and their lasagna is amazing. The marinara sauce is exceptional. The hot subs, like chicken parmigiana, are also a family favorite.

Amazing food, fast service and great prices. The spicy pepper jack cheese steak pizza is our go to.

Terrible pizza...most food is frozen and heated in microwave. Teenagers run the place.

Great food, I love their pizza and calzones. Reminds me of NYC pizza, thin crust that you can fold. Reasonable prices too. I come here everytime I visit the north side of town!

Stopped in there about 3 p.m. I ordered a slice and ask for it to be cremated.
I could not have asked for a better meal if I had went into their kitchen and made it myself. These people know how to please!

Decent. Pizza can be excellent if they don't skimp on the cheese. steak and cheese sub is good with their fresh bread but is small for the price and would be a lot better if the meat wasn't always so dry.

Best pizza in North Side ,prices are unbelievable They got cold beer and good wine, The staff is unbelievable keep up the good work guys will be back!!

I was very underwhelmed!

So I tried KT Pizza today for the first time seeking NY style pizza...i was unimpressed. The cheese was overcooked and the sauce didn't have much flavor. It had the look of a NY slice, but lacked the taste.

I also tried a Calzone and was also underwhelmed. It was doughy in the middle and just didn't really spark a "I must have again" taste with me.

I wanted to get a Sicilian slice but they don't sell Sicilian by the slice.

Overall I will not be returning.

This is the only place that we go get pizza that remind us of home which is New Jersey

The food is ok..... but DAMN, $32.00 for a large pizza and fried mushrooms? The mushrooms weren t magic and pizza is a pizza, dough sauce cheese. Won t make this expensive mistake again! RIDICULOUSLY PRICED, YOUR IN OCEANWAY FLORIDA NOT DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN!

Great food for the money always fast and hot i like the chicken parm just with the tomatoes where not so chunky in the sauce and wife love there fettuccine Alfredo

Pizza was great. Very clean, unfortunately we could not dine in the establishment because of covid but rather be safe than sorry. The people working were very kind and accepted prayers. May they be blessed in Jesus name.

The Calzone was spot on and stuffed! Would definitely go back. One of my favorites.

My pizza slice was not cooked enough was warm but the toppings were kind of raw probably just a miss hap I'm going to try again they were nice

Came in for lunch at work with 2 other guys we all got the special 2 slices and a drink everything was great I'm a big guy and the slices were big enough to satisfy my hunger the crust was crisp and the cheese and sauce was great nice and peaceful inside which is great coworkers enjoyed their slices aswell.. def will be back.
