Dr Mirza is without doubt the best doctor I have ever seen. Can't recommend him highly enough and have recommended him to so many people.
He will truly look after you and make sure you have peace of mind.
I found him before getting pregnant and now during pregnancy he has been wonderful! 10 Stars.

I had a really bad experience with the reception they cancel my booking without asking me, when I called them they was so rude on the phone. Really bad customer service. I was really upset about what they did to me.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff with great customer service! The doctors are very knowledgeable and communicative. Loved my experience over all.

Could not get a booking at my usual medical centre so went here but terrible front counter staff they are ignorant to say the least then i ask for the manager she was extremely rude and laughed at my daughter who has a disability. Not good service wont come back here again should get new staff that are nice .

a good friend of mine was told by one of the female doctors there that if she were to contract "the virus" she would not survive and would die,which of course she cannot possibly know.This is extremely unprofessional and morally reprehensible, flooding vulnerable people with unnecessary fear,anxiety and suffering which is guaranteed to negatively impact health.Shame on this "doctor".

The reception service was really poor - an old lady just kept talking and did not even listen to my questions. I was trying to explain but she was always interrupting. I just cancelled my appointment and left.

They interrupt because proper diagnosis! Later on will stick with my doctor at rutledge because at least she listens to me. Once i find out results if something wrong. Also future prescriptions with my original doctor. Not this centre in belconnen! Also if you got centrelink card and medicare you don't have to pay at any doctor you go too.

Staff go above and beyond to attend to my needs. Loved my experience at this practice and would highly recommend it to others for a future regular practice

We had a hard time finding a good family GP since we moved to Canberra. They all qualified doctors but we needed the one who thinks out of the box and making healthy choices rather than giving you a quick fix and make you happy . I met Dr Eric Rozario in the clinic in one of my random visit . I really impressed with his diagnosis of a chronic condition I had for a while . I even met one of specialist in Canberra who put me on wrong direction with wrong diagnosis. With Dr Eric s directions I recovered from the condition . He went above and beyond to make sure I get better . I can t thank him enough .

As Ellen stated in her review. Dr Rahman is truly a great GP. Seen him multiple times and have had helpful advice on many issues over the years.

Doctors are amazing. Not sure about receptionists though..

I went in yesterday and the system was having issues! When they told me I thought it was going to be a frustrating experience but the reception staff and doctors were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to help despite the situation! Will definitely be returning!

There are some good ones here but open your eyes wide open. 3 stars is fitting I think.

Doctors do not listen to patents, tried to give me a script that would react with current medication & would not listen. Was told by same Doctor to "listen" to music. $90 to be ignored & insulted. Better going to a supermarket doctor as these morons will do you harm. Wouldn't give them any rating.

Do not go here. The female doctor misdiagnosed my daughter and accused her of trying to get out of year 10 exams which she had already sat by the way. She now has tonsillitis, bronchitis, nearly ended up in hospital with pneumonia and has tested positive for glandular fever. Worst practice I have ever attended!

My dr of 30 plus years retired. I wasn't told. Tried to find a new dr at the practice. On both occasions I waited more than one hour for my scheduled appointment. No apology and no explanation about my Dr's retirement. No compassion from the Dr I saw. I spent less tham 5 minutes in with the Dr. No idea how the Dr could be running so late. Reception staff are most unfriendly I have ever encountered.

Very professional and helpful doctors. Capital pathology across the road pharmacy next door. Convenient, capable and the best I have found in a long time.

I am youngish at 35 but have had cancer and have not been able to find a doctor I liked since moving to Canberra two years ago. Saw Dr Rahman today and he was amazing. Very friendly and gentle, and managed to get everything I needed checked off in one visit. At other surgeries I have to pick my top three things because they are rushing you out the door. Very happy and will be back!!
