When we arrived we were told no one had to book a table in the restaurant to get food.
When we asked for food, we were told maybe.
When we went to the restaurant, a waiter came full speed through a door and my son was melted into a hook. No question if he was doing well. Of course he got hurt.
When we asked for food it was sour because of not having ordered a table.
Waited for 40 minutes before a waitress arrived and gave us a food map.
After almost 2 hours we had been eating and eating.
Could they not just say that it was not possible with food so could we travel to the center and buy food?
We will not be back

I wrongly booked the accommodation 10h before arrival, but not for 2019 but 2020 !!!! Really the fault lies with me, but by no means neither on-site nor online, had the insight to cancel my booking and refund the price.

Thank you for nothing

A good place for meetings, where reservations have been made for the special circumstances that are challenging in DK right now.
Beautiful with all the mirrors throughout the hotel. Excellent lunch. Nice and helpful staff. A place you want to visit again.

Centrally located with good opportunities for wonderful walks in the green. Not far to beautiful lake.
Not far to activity at the old Little Belt Bridge, Kolding and Fredericia.

Can only be recommended.

Good surroundings, old and original, so it was excellent
However, ordered wiener snitzel for 235kr and it was a disappointment to say the least.

The snitzel looked and tasted as if it was deep-fried and was far too small (there was plenty of breading) Available for plenty of peas. All for DKK 235.
We will not be coming again, towering prices and below average level food.

1 star for premises, 1 star for food

0 stars for the staff as we had a boring experience with staff who in clear terms criticized a competing inn in the near area. Unprofessional.

Unfortunately

Creeping in the shelter is a very cozy place with a wonderful atmosphere. Service is top notch and sweet staff. Cozy room with good beds duvets and pillows. Restaurant there is good service and delicious food. Morning buff is also in the top. However, the pool was a bit cold but with a good sauna it goes straight up. All in all, a cozy and beautiful place to stay.

Nice place to stay, however, there was a lack of heat in the rooms, so you have to make sure to wear extra sweater, the food was in tip top, also the service, would like to come again another time.

Such a big house should be better organized. When registering we had to wait a long time. The toilet door was broken. Room very spacious. Breakfast ok, without a bus full of guests it would have been a lot more relaxed. Many people find it hard to behave properly in a group, including talking at a reasonable volume.

Poor service (Student assistants?). Calling food. The asparagus soup was cold and could be sliced. Meat tough. When we asked for the side plates for cookies, we were told that we could put them on the tablecloth, because it had to be washed anyway ...... It was a special confirmation.
Previously, the inn had a really good kitchen and good waiters. I hope it has changed. My experience is a few years old.

Inattentive and really disinterested staff. Too bad especially when we had mentioned when booking that it was on the occasion of the 70th birthday. We were actually a little sad after we 6 left the restaurant.
The 2 stars are given though as the food for all 6 tasted great. Unfortunately, that is not enough for us to return.

Creep in Ly - A very charming place, filled with kitschy charm and finely restored decor that gives a wonderful experience of a time when a lot was decorated.
Its very own time pocket, with room to breathe in peace and quiet.

i would give no stars for the food. And three for the front desk. It gives one and a half stars.

The food was by far the worst I have ever been exposed to. Before we even arrived I had been informed about food we would very much like to avoid.

It turned out that if I had not just remembered to mention it again to the waiter. Then we would have had it anyway. Although it was clearly stated on the reservation that the front desk also showed me that it had to happen in no way.

Instead of the three-course menu we were put in view, we then got another three-course menu that the chef just came up with.

Frozen chicken with tomatoes for starters (we did not eat it).
Over fried chicken with brown sauce and potatoes (potatoes like those for fried pork) (we ate two potatoes of it and a bite of chicken)
And dessert was an ice cream that had frostbite. (we also left it standing)

We had to take our car and drive to the nearest pizzaria.
I do not understand this choice. Because there were other very good choices you could have fed us with. But. It would probably have cost something more for the raw material.

Overnight we did not get the room we had been put in view. But instead one with two beds. The noise from the hallway outside the door was totally deafening so it did not turn into much sleep.

Only bright spot was the front desk who were very sorry about our experience and we got some of our money back ....

But in hindsight, I probably would have rather been in a completely different place. And next time we will choose this place from.

Since it's an inn. Then the food part is an important part of the experience. And my impression now is that if you are NOT into frying fried snitzel or pork from the same "casserole". Then this is not where to eat as the kitchen seriously lacks level.

If you're just going to sleep ... then I probably would not see the big problems. If you can live with a little noise.

The place is not suitable for wheelchairs, despite the fact that one was said to be in a wheelchair.
Wheelchair users had to go through the product submission and there was no handicap toilet.
