A wildlife extravaganza. You can take a guided tour in a safari truck or drive yourself around in a rental car to see elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, exotic birds, hippos, and many other animals. The park is huge, about the size of Connecticut. And the cost is low, compared to the price in private safari camps around the park.

An adventure that will seem to many a matter of a few days and they will regret not to spend a month there. It is very worth going in winter, where the vegetation is scarce and you can see the animals better. It More

The largest park in South Africa, a must! A rich fauna, the organization of guided tours (like everywhere).
Victim of its success is a bit of a tourist factory. The welcome is "commercial" without more.

The Kruger Park is a wonderful experience. However, there are downsides of which entry fees for foreigners under the guise of a conservation fee are one. R93 for a resident and 4 times that for foreigners. The accommodation is very expensive and basic.
The coffee served in the park is generally of poor quality and made with UHT Milk often too hot. For vegetarians the choices are very poor. The best place for fast food is at Skukuza.
Still, the park has many nice surprises

Recommended for everyone visiting the Lowveld! Very affordable entrance fees and best place to see the Big 5 in their natural habitat. Camps also very conveniently not too far from one another.
Also if you stay over the Nigh Drives are definitely recommended!

Been there countless times, I have never come back home disappointed... the atmosphere there is so cool and calm , the sounds of birds, the beautiful skies and the sights of the Big Five. Great destination.

Imagin you are on a vacation, a vacation with Africa's wild animal all arround you. And you get to experience their nature.when you tired theres always a hotel arround and at midnight the the Roar and different kinds of Animal sounds gives you dreams you never had

So huge, so diverse.

So huge, so diverse.
You really need to come here more than once. Thanks to its size, the Kruger Park offers a variety of climate zones, each with its typical vegetation and game.
All of the areas are so worth seeing. Drive around by yourself or book a guided drive or a walk on foot. You will find pretty much all the game that Africa has to offer nope, no tigers. But certainly all of the big five .
I personally never get tired of watching the impala, elegant, peaceful, sometimes playful and cute.
The bird life is simply stunning in its variety.
The camps are luxurious (OK, depending on your expectations) and staffed with friendly and supporting people, proud of their park and pleased to show it.

Just returned from Kruger National Park and had a wonderful time. The Safari guides were great and knew all about each animal, bird and plants. Our comfort, concerns and questions were their number one priority.

This is a beautiful park and a true gem of the African continent. That said, I suspect the experience you have here depends largely on the planning you do in advance and the guide and/or spotter you have. Knowing where to look for the animals counts for a lot, and those guides know the terrain and the patterns of behavior of the wildlife. The park itself is enormous, and of course the photo opportunities are infinite. Visiting Kruger Park is definitely an experience I'll always remember.

Attitude of Staff at Malelane Gate stinks, they make you feel as if you are doing them a favor for being a customer?! Afsaal Shop staff even worse, Pretoriuskop computers were "offline" when booking in . Generally off to a BAD start, will see if they can get a better rating but three in a row on the first day.... Fantastic sightings in 3 days!! Only complaint was Nkulu Picnic site ... ablutions not maintained... broken door handles, broken soap dispensers, no paper towels, toilets not flushing and not cleaned!!! No one to chase monkeys away ... unable to eat there at all!!!

Was absolutely satisfied with the experience at Kruger National Park. Spotted lots of animals and the Big 5(except the lion). Start your game drive early if you want to spot lions. A worthwhile experience.

Spectacular view from the reserve.

Spectacular view from the reserve.
Lots of animals and lodges too.
Paved and signposted roads.
It is advisable to order the Kruger Park map at the Kruger Reserve Gate to get the most out of the park.

I took a trip of Essentials of South Africa with stopover at Dubai with Indus Travels in September 2015. I was very happy with the travel company as the coverage included Kruger National Park (which was my main purpose of taking this trip), Stellenbosch, Johannesburg, Cape Town and on the return leg a two nights stopover in Dubai. The ground operators were quite efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend this trip with Indus Travel without any reservation to others.

Very nice park. Spotted all the big five very quickly as well as other animals. Roads are all well-maintained and are suitable for practically any vehicle.

Accommodation at Satara is outstanding with a Mugg & Bean and Debonairs on the actual site.

The service is not bad, but they were almost completely empty but they placed us next to a building site. The room was dirty and very out dated. When I made the booking I requested a room with a microwave, no microwave in room. It seems the nicer rooms are allocated for international tourists. But so many were empty. The fact that I had my 2 year old and 9 month old children didn't improve the fact that everything was full of building dust.

Was the best day ever. We saw so many animals it was unbelievable! The amount of healthy animals was so amazing. We also visited Skukuza midday and had lunch there. The Elephants was very active we saw over 100 that we counted and saw. Very beautiful park. Think its the best place to go if you want to experience South Africa.
