Guys, I recommend that you buy a map as soon as you arrive at the park and always go to the nearest campsite to see the picture of the animals that were seen in certain regions. I did it and it helped me a lot to find the big five.

During my childhood I came to the Kruger every single school holiday. I can go as far to say I was fortunate enough to grow up here, and I know I wouldn't be the person I am today if it were not for it. Its vast, beautiful, tranquil and nothing even comes close to it.

There are plenty of places to stay that are clean and well catered for, and even more self catering premises. If one truly seeks an escape into nature, come to the Kruger.

Ps. Never go into the park with high expectations on animals, just enjoy the scenary and consider it a blessing. Also, CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF, you're a guest in the animals home.

Fantastic experience visiting this amazing wildlife park. I spent the entire day in the park and saw so many beautiful animals. I took my own car, it was a slow que to get in but cost was very reasonable 372 Rand. There are a few nice rest stops selling nice hot food. Clean toilets and a few places you can buy petrol for car. It is a very large park so I only covered the southern section in the 12 hours I was there.

I recommend it to everyone a unique experience the opening and closing times concern both the entrance gates and the places to stay that are assigned to the gate based on availability .... and a fascinating place in 6 days I was able to see the big five to drive a lot at low speed max allowed 50 km per hour but with an alarm clock at 5 and leaving the campsite at 6 you can take a nice ride .... January is the best month even if the temperatures are high in the evening and possible guided tours to book in the camping to see the animals on the hunt .... during the day they are but difficult to stay in shaded areas .... important recommendation to always keep on the windows never get out of the car and the engine always on rhinos and elephants are more aggressive than you think ... hippopotamus eyes are the cause of more human victims

Nice camp especially for a large crowd. My only complaint is no hot water in the shower. We were told to let it run until it warmed up. In good conscience, I cannot watch water going to waste when there is such a critical shortage. We stayed in Bungalow 86.l

It is such a pity that the ablution blocks are in such a poor condition. It must be over 30 years since these were upgraded.

At Skukuza the monuments are overgrown and unkept.

When last did you provide more Magnets for the sighting boards. Surely this is not a huge expense and all visitors thoroughly enjoy updating their sightings. Another prime example of poor customer experience.

The inefficiency of the staff at Phabeni gate is disgraceful. How can the most popular entrance gate only be manned by 2 personnel. It is nothing to wait over an hour to pay your entrance fee. It is time that you commissioned and App that would allow visitors to prepay and merely present the payment on their smartphone. If airlines can use this system why not Kruger Park.

Having also stayed at the chalets at Skukuza recently, these are also in dire need of an upgrade. How can a premier tourist attraction of South Africa be so denuded of quality and a complete lack of quality.

Come on SAN PARKS get up to speed and invest in your infrastructure. You happy to take our money but not to reinvest in our heritage

Obviously the most fabulous park the visit in South Africa. The restaurants were thoroughly enjoyable. Also they weren't exorbitantly priced. It's a shame the picnic spots don't have better shop facilities as they are in my opinion the most beautiful spots in the Kruger. Bathrooms were also always clean everywhere we stopped. The shops are somewhat pricey for South Africans, an average of R300 to R500 for a stuffed animal is expensive.

Superb
