KrisCo has always been great to deal with and reliable.

So they basically refuse do my pool repair because their schedule lady think it s not enough profit. They build my pool now it s leaking and I have to find another guy to fix that is fine . But refuse return my calls for 8 times and lies to me they gonna call back every time ,it s horrible business ethic. Just don t waste customers time please. So if you want an broke pool go to krisco . Great choice!

Second time and last time I use them, both times the customer service was very poor. First time I thought it was just the particular employee. Second time it is clear that it is a company attitude. Starts at the top and works it way through the company. Spend your money some place where they appreciate a customer. I know I will even if I have to drive a little more.

I have been using Krisco for pool chemicals, water testing and advice for my in-ground pool for 10 years. My experience has been excellent. The people are always very nice. I have learned how to maintain my pool from them. The chemicals I purchase always perform the task that I was told they would do. Thank you Krisco for making my pool experience a pleasurable one.

They come every week to clean our pool and let us know if there is any problems. They are also very responsive when we report a problem to them so that they can come and fix the problem.

Not even one star, the service is terrible, THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, they just collect your monthly check ($280.50), the Jacuzzi used to take 40 minutes to heat up, now it's 2.5 hrs and it's still 65 degrees, what is that?????????????? Also I was out of town for spring break (7 days) and I asked if they would bring a pool cover pump while I was gone, because the one I had was not working... and NOTHING. When I returned home I found the same one I had left and the pool cover was about to tear from the rainwater. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.

I left a terrible review of this company about a year ago for bad service. However, since then, they have personally reached out to my husband and I to address our complaints, and remedy them. Since that call they have been providing incredible service. They are punctual, efficient and responsive! They always provide speedy service to even the thorniest of pool related problems. Altogether fantastic. I believe this company has made a great change and I would recommend them to everyone now. A+!!!!

Staff is very friendly, knowledgable, accurate water sampling and make great suggestions how to keep your pool and spa clean.

why does KrisCo collect money to do work with bad plaster, but then don't want to fix their error? Apparently brown spots are normal. Best go somewhere else.

We used KrisCo Aquatech to design and build our pool. Their experience in this field was invaluable. After construction was completed, we used KrisCo's team to maintain the pool on a weekly basis. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

I've used Krisco for 10 years after they significantly remodeled my pool. They have been doing maintenance ever since and repairs where needed. They are professional, reliable and do quality work. Highly recommend.

Hired to fix a pool cover. Great, thorough, honest work! Made an appointment, kept the appointment, was on time, fixed the cover without having to buy spare parts (I had been told by a prior repair person it would require new parts ), redid poor workmanship from prior repair person and instructed on the backwash. I will definitely use KrisCo again!

Having grown up in the area and having two different homes with pools and spa's. I have worked with several pool companies in the area through the years. There are so many bad stories I could tell but I have to say it was a real pleasure working with KrisCo.
Everyone is so friendly and very professional at all times. The crews that came out were punctual and efficient. What most impressed me was their attention to detail. The work site was always impeccably clean. I was kept advised of everything each and every step was explained in full before starting. Even though the project went a different way then expected they came in at exactly the bid price.
You can go with another company that may bid a bit lower, but you will end up at KrisCo to repair their mistakes.

Ive been trying to schedule someone to come take a look at my pool for a month. Every time I call I get transferred to a "scheduling department" where Ann answers the phone and informs me it isnt her department but she'll have the tech call me. I understand that its been warming up and they're probably busy but they cant even give me an estimate of when they could get out to me let alone a call back when they've promised me one several times to talk to a tech? I first contacted them April 23rd, its May 22nd now and still nothing after at least 5 calls and even a visit to their office.
