I was really pleased with the service that I received from KRCS Group. I placed an order for an item on Sunday afternoon, and received it on Tuesday morning. The team were very responsive and professional.
Just had the best experience using KRCS this week and thought it only fair that I passed on my thanks and put a positive review on here.
On Friday I took my 27inch iMac into KRCS Queens Court and explained that my mac wouldn't boot up. I knew it was going to be bad news and it came as no surprise to get a call on Monday morning to be told the main board needed replacing and gave them go ahead to repair it. Just 24hrs later I received a call to be told it was fixed and ready for collection....I was initially told it could take a week so this was brilliant.
On the back of this I happen to mention I had a screen defect with my Macbook Pro and asked how much it would cost to repair that as well, I was then informed that it was a known problem and could be repaired free of charge.....this repair took just 24hrs to sort.....brilliant faultless service!! Thanks for you help!!

I have an AppleCare policy for my iPad which had developed a fault needing attention. I opted to go to KRCS rather than the Apple store route. Their premises are very accessible to get to in a car and the company provides a small number of customer parking spaces directly outside their offices. Failing that, more parking is available at the various retail outlets nearby.
Entry is by pre-booked appointment and their staff will let you in to the building when you arrive, and out when you leave. There is a comfortable waiting area inside.
I dealt with a staff member called Joe. He was helpful and professional throughout. He arranged for my iPad to be replaced and as promised, telephoned me when the new one arrived with them. The problem was completely sorted in two days for me.
Using KRCS was a far superior and easier option than trying to send my iPad to Apple, which proved a disaster when I tried this before. In my experience, a great service provided in a pleasant and easy to access by car environment.
That's the waiste of time better to go an apple store.they don't know any thing.giving the wrong information
Booked online with Apple a battery replacement for my iPhone and all was well until I showed up for my appointment and they said it had been cancelled. They were nice but there was no way to rebook without returning home and visiting the apple support page again. I had booked this appointment 6 days ago via Apple and this shouldn't of happen. I'm not happy with the comms between the two companies.
Used them several times. Always super helpful and efficient. Always solved the issue. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
Went in as computer was about to die. Gave me some great advice to fix it so sorted it without cost. Will def go back if I have any more problems.
Krcs are excellent & go out of their way to help you as a customer, the service is far superior to any other authorised repair centre I've used or than official Apple Store & support. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Unimpressed. My iphone broke within warranty period and was dealt with by krcs as though I was to blame. no spare phone and I had to call apple myself to find delivery timeframe. No tracking on phone delivery /I had to keep calling. Staff indifferent and tbh a bit smug
These guys are always really fair and helpful in dealings with them. They are knowledgeable and efficient.

Great shop, Apple customer service without the cheese! Had an issue with an insurance claim (wasn't there fault) so can't comment on there workmanship but there customer service is second to none! If ever I needed Apple repairs I'd certainly go here again!
Pressing the doorbell began the experience. I was shortly welcomed a member of staff who brought me to one of the well marked, distanced, service stations.
Once my device was passed for examination, my further details were taken and the next stages well very well explained.
The member of staff was also able to answer my additional questions.
I would have loved my device to be repaired on the spot, but the issue was beyond immediate repair, so I can happily understand this wasn't an option.

Excellent, timely and professional service. Shame they couldn't fix my relic of a Mac...Apple don't make the parts anymore. If you've got a slightly newer one, I'm sure they would be able to fix it.
I visited the Hull branch of KCRS yesterday because the battery on my iphone 6s had been draining for no apparent reason. I had adjusted the settings which had helped alleviate the problem but it was still losing too much of its charge. I therefore booked an appointment, expecting the battery to need replacing and visited the store the day before my appointment to double check the cost of the battery replacement as the phone is out of warranty. The employee advised me to back up my phone and then reset it to factory settings. After I'd done this I noticed a huge difference in how long the battery was lasting before needing to be charged up. When I attended my appointment, the employee told me that I'd been experiencing software issues and that he didn't think I needed to replace my battery. I am not an iphone expert and so had they sold me items I didn't need I would have been none the wiser. The fact that they didn't do this shows that KCRS are not only a group that actively go above and beyond for their customers, but that they also have integrity. I would recommend them without hesitation, and I cannot thank the lovely staff at my Hull branch enough!

Had my iPhone 6 booked in today for a battery replacement.
I arrived prior to the appointment time and they dealt with me on arrival, no waiting around.
They checked over my phone prior to accepting it for a replacement battery.
The diagnostics showed the battery health itself was 96%, I was advised the battery didn t need replacing. Rather than them thinking of revenue, they thought of the customer.
I proceeded to have it replaced anyway as I d driven there, the main reason I wished to have mine replaced was due to speed throttling by Apple, which is fair enough. Older cells deteriorate and they didn t want to damage the devices.
90 mins later I returned, picked up my phone and it had been completed. The device is now much more responsive and hasn t lagged since getting it today.
Professional, polite guys. Would recommend.

I contact KRCS when my phone stopped working and I was extremely happy with the quality of their service and professionalism. I was desperately in need of another phone because I use it for business and they were very quick to replace my phone and save me a lot of trouble.

Cracking guys and service. Went as my keyboard was typing o ut spaces by it's s elf which became ann oying.

I wouldn't buy my Apple products anywhere else. Forget official Apple Store. You get two years warranty with them, easy Education and Business accounts, friendly and capable customer care, and occasionally very good special offers. Plus, cashback on Quidco/Topcashback. Why would you buy anywhere else?
I had a problem with my 27inch iMac stand which had locked in its downward position. KRCS of Derby told me that I would have to take it to their store and leave it for up to a fortnight to have the stand freed without any guarantees that it could be done successfully .
After some research on the web I managed to do it myself, it took me five minutes. So much for Apple experts.
If it is any consolation to KRCS the Apple store at Meadowhall who also could not free the stand after examining it referred me to KRCS.
Both stores totally useless in after care of Apple hardware.

I booked an appointment to repair my macbook. The guy at the reception couldn't find my appointment. They are not helping at all..The service online booking is always fully booked and I had to drive to Leicester to repair my laptop. All my work went back because I was struggling to book an appointment with them almost one week and finally I went to another city to repair it.
Massively disappointed with KRCS. Booked a job in for a replacement screen on an iPhone. It wasn t the screen that had cracked but the fingerprint reader. I made the booking on Sunday for the following Friday. When I got to the office, I was left waiting for someone to speak to me, even though other customers were coming in after me and getting served straight away. I must have waited 10 minutes before someone finally approached me.
When discussing my phone, I said find my iPhone wasn t enabled, but the member of staff didn t believe me and insisted on checking, a waste of both our time. He then said he needed to check to see if the screen was in stock. Bear in mind I had driven 45 minutes to the office and the job had been booked in for 4 working days before my appointment. You would have thought that they would pre-vet their jobs by calling customers to go through their issues and potentially order any parts if need be. Quite clearly not with KRCS. Thankfully they had the screen in stock. I would have been annoyed if they didn t.
I certainly won t be going back to KRCS for repairs or sales and wouldn t recommend them. I would much rather visit Jigsaw24 in future.
I dropped in to KRCS head office on Friday 6th July first thing in the morning following a failed hard drive in my 27inch imac. Assed by 13:00 with a quick chat confirming the hard drive was the issue after diagnostics testing. I asked for the replacement to be SSD and with total astounding turn around it was all complete by 16:00 with a fresh copy of OS installed complementary. I can not thank you guys enough. My whole system was back as it was prior to the hard drive failing the same day. Legends! 100% recommend.

Initially booked online, for a date and when i turned up i was told there was no record of it on the system but they did rebook the service for me there for the same time the following week.
When I went back the second time everything went smoothly and my phone battery was replace in about 25 minutes.

I placed an order for the iPad and had to wait 4 weeks to know where I stand, even with Apple you would get your order within 2 weeks and curry s are the best at getting your order within 1 week max. I ordered at Curry s on Thursday at 1pm and received my iPad Pro 12.9 2020 4th generation the next day which was Friday at 6pm with free delivery by DPD, now that is good customer service. KRCS Don t have any stock and all they keep saying is I apologise seriously avoid this company at all cost.
Had my iMac hardrive replaced for an SSD hardrive. Apart from a cock up at the shop ordering the card, everything else was smooth. My iMac is now lighting fast! Thanks....
