I recently visited Insights School with my son. The staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. The school has a warm, friendly and caring atmosphere from the moment you enter the building. ALL staff have excellent relationships with the students that attend which all clearly have challenging needs. Staff are calm and students respond positively. I was shown round and met with a number of staff and senior teachers. The school building itself is very modern and offers experiences and opportunities my son would not be able to get elsewhere. Overall, I was very impressed.

I have friends and family who have attended this school and always came back with nothing but positivity. Kids here are given tremendous support and more! Teachers and TAs put everything plus 1000% more into supporting their pupils to achieve their full potential. Lovely school.

I have worked with Insights ESC for a number of years providing experienced and qualified teachers and support staff for both short term and permanent positions. I have been invited in to the School on several occasions and events including Insights Got Talent and the Christmas Community Lunch and have seen first-hand how well the children have progressed over the years. The Principal Ms Quartey is highly committed to ensuring that the School succeeds and works to a high standard. All support staff are interviewed by myself and Ms Quartey prior to being observed and have had all the necessary compliance checks. Ms Quartey and her Senior Leadership team are extremely selective in who they employ which does make my job more difficult but at the same time rewarding when we find the right candidate to contribute to the Ethos of the School. I would highly recommend Insights School for the work they do with the children and based on the longevity of the staff that work there. Keep up the good work!

My review is negative because of a teacher who took the kids infront of Waitrose on 21/06/17 , approximately 11:00am. He was continuously shouting at the children disturbing the elderly people sitting having coffee/tea, woke up a baby. I asked him to stop shouting and later he explained to me he is on a public place so he can shout , as he has seen other people stabbing people with knives in public and taking drugs in public. "This is London, and if you are disturbed you can stay at home".
I believe his attitude and the way he is treating the children is quite wretched.
I would avoid this school for my child now i have seen what type of teachers they have as staff.

This is the best school in the Ealing area for children with special educational needs and disabilities. The teachers are amazing, the education and attention to detail is second to none. The principal was recently awarded an MBE for services for children with special needs and this really shows in the standard of education. I highly recommend as my son has made so much progress since he started there.

My review is negative.

My review is negative.

As a fellow professional, I visited the school in December with a view to placing a family member in this school. Whilst a good show was put on for our visit and tour of the school, you could not hide the fundamental cover ups that are taking place, i.e. NONE of the teachers are qualified, the school principal isn't even a qualified teacher. The school has recently been downgraded from an outstanding school to a good school after having a second Ofsted inspection, so close to the last, this is unusual to have two Ofsted's so close together and tells me that there must have been problems and heavy complaints for Ofsted to revisit so quickly. Once at home I looked up the schools past Ofsted reports and notice that the number of students enrolling has reduced considerably, this is another concerning factor. I also noticed from my visit that the classrooms appeared tatty and I saw little in the way of resources for students which begs the question, where is all the government money going - I did spot an expensive car at the side of the school with the principals number plate so I guess that is where the money goes!!!

We will not be sending our child to this school as I could see that this was more of a money making venture rather than a caring educational establishment. Yes our child has behavioral and emotional difficulties and we will be looking for a more suitable learning environment where it is clear to us that the child comes first, not the money that is attached to them from our local authority.

Before we left the area, we popped over to Waitrose for a coffee and heard staff members laughing about the principle and a recent scam, that was the final straw for us.
