Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism in Associa Kramer-Triad Management Group leadership response to the covid19 pandemic. There is no regard for residents' safety since they do NOT require staff to use masks or at least inform residents of their lack of policy before staff come to our homes. Buyer beware of associations run by Associa Kramer-Triad Management Group. Inconsiderate office staff think THEY own your home and don't care if older or immunocompromised residents die because office staff didn't care enough to even consider possible risk to residents. Older or immunocompromised residents, potential buyers, or anyone who values their health and life, think carefully before considering these properties. Seriously.
I've always found Kramer-Triad to be courteous, responsive, and highly dedicated to providing excellent customer service to the associations for which I've had experiences with.
Nothing more than 0 stars. Not sure if the company actually hired anyone that knows what they are doing. Have tried to contact several times with ZERO help when they respond to voicemails . Really wish another company would take over management for our residential area. Will be looking into starting a petition to remove this useless management company . Poor quality, poor service, unprofessional. If you re having to call them, just have the expectation that absolutely nothing will be done in 1-2 months.
Hands down the best!! Our manager is very responsive day and night during the week and the weekends. We have suffered quite a bit with backups and floods in Southfield and Every SINGLE time she has delivered and went above and beyond. Kristen Zahr you have been a blessing to our family and we can t thank you enough.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst run company I ve ever seen or dealt with in my life. If their name is anywhere near something you are buying or leasing, run far away.
Recently had an account question and called our manager. Rita has very helpful and explained the billing process really good. Got all my questions answered.
I m pretty happy with this company so far! I used to work in property management, so I know what it requires and I think this company is great! They ve done a good job navigating through the pandemic as well. When I called, the receptionist Samantha was fantastic and so friendly, honestly one of the most upbeat and pleasant customer service people I ve ever dealt with. Bonus points that she got our work order in quickly!

I ve been a resident for well over a decade and Tracy Vincent has always been there for me. Whatever the need or question she will find the answer, and do it pleasantly with a smile. She puts her heart and knowledge into all her endeavors. Truly appreciated by all, I thank you for employing someone so capable and just.
