Super nice relaxed maternity week. Same maternity nurse from birth until the end of the week. She was very nice with our children and took all the household work out of our hands so that we could enjoy our little girl.

Bad organization. Was called at 37 weeks of pregnancy that they suddenly have no place. Had already registered with 10 weeks and had intake and all. Apparently they are not allowed to sell no to registrations, so I am now screwed. They do come up with an alternative but I and my midwife had never heard of it.

Chosen for maternity sister because of their promise one maternity assistant throughout the maternity week. Clearly made agreements in advance that I did not know whether I needed few hours of help or not, I was told no problem. If I needed more help during my maternity week than 3 hours a day, that could easily be changed. Once I gave birth, I had 3 different maternity nurses for the first 3 days and on the 3rd day I was asked to choose between this nurse for less than 3 hours for the rest of the week due to time and staff shortages, or another one for the rest of the week. no more maternity sister for me.

Bad organization. There would be 1 permanent maternity nurse. After day 3, the maternity nurse announces that she has to go to school for a day and there will be a replacement. The replacement appears to be a re-entrant who is not allowed to do anything! The maternity woman even had to provide her with coffee .....

What a terrible stall week we have had.

What a terrible stall week we have had.
What a one to go to man. It was our third child so we had enough experience and yet she kept talking about rock death and baby shaking syndrome all the time. Even after we asked if she wanted to quit, she did not stop.
She preferred to work for foreigners because she would not have to do anything.
She did the housekeeping for an eternity.
Our washing machine is 5 kilos which she filled and quarter and then do 3 hours about folding. We asked her to leave a few times we found her annoying.

"One Maternity Sister especially for you" that is ...

"One Maternity Sister especially for you" that is the slogan of Maternity Sister.
Unfortunately for us there was not one, there were not two, but three different maternity sisters in a week.
And that was just a small downside on the big pile ...

The maternity week should be a week in which you enjoy your little miracle, unfortunately Maternity Sister made us experience it very differently. We were only able to enjoy after the maternity week.

In addition to having three different maternity sisters in three days, we also had to wait two hours for the maternity care on the first day when we got home from the hospital. Then once you're home with your one-day-old little one, you're left in uncertainty and waiting for two hours.
The next day we had to call ourselves around 9.30 am where the Maternity Sister stayed. And there you are, with your first two-day-old child, again waiting for the agency that should have experience with this.
Eventually someone showed up around 11.15 am, while a normal day for a maternity assistant starts around 08.00-08.30 I think.

And yes, the next day it hit again. Our maternity assistant (the third woman in our family) was quietly called by the maternity assistant's planning. The company was quite busy, and our maternity assistant was neither kindly nor urged to stay with us until 1:00 PM and then move on to another family.

Because of all the incidents, we wanted to talk to the manager of Kraamzus. After a long discussion, an appointment could be made and the manager would come to our home.
On that day she was much too late without any notice. So we started calling again. The manager was bothered by the traffic (at 2 pm in Hoorn).
In the end she was not there an hour later because she could not find the house and it was decided to reschedule the appointment.
Because the manager could not find our house, we were kindly requested to come over to them for an interview, and thus arrange a babysitter for our son who was just a month out or we should just take him with us.

Top Maternity sister! I hope you are proud of the way you treat families and the way you can ruin a maternity week.
If you are pregnant and are considering having your maternity aid provided by Maternity Sister, know that there is a risk that they will ruin your whole week.
