If I could leave less than one star I would. Trying to prove we paid a bill for 3 months. We paid our bill online, three months ago, they claim they never received it. We faxed proof, a bank statement, had a confirmation page, TWICE, they claimed they didn't receive it. We scanned proof and e-mailed it. I asked for a return email letting me know that they received my e-mail, they sent that, telling me they would review the proof within 7 days. I followed up fourteen days later, now they say the email should have said 30 days, to call back again in a week. REALLY!

This company has billed me for things that were already paid off more then once. Apparently they can't keep track off the incoming money and link it up to the proper account. Employees are unhelpful and don't acknowledge the issues or provide a means to prevent in the future.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. All I want is a copy of my bill to submit to my insurance company. Northside Perimeter said they could not give it to me at time of payment and told me to call these idiots. I have left 3 voicemails on their system and sent 2 emails and 2 faxes, 3 weeks, no response????? Sorry to name call, but these fold are terrible. Now I understand why 60% of health care costs are in administration. They must be hanging in the office partying and working 1 hour a day to do this excellent of a job...HAAAAA!

This company overbilled me 3 months ago and never refunded my money. Also, when called to discuss supervisor refused to return call. They are quick to take your money but keep money that is not their. This is wrong!
