Scam!! Stay away!

Had a door to door rep who stated she worked for AT&T/DirecTV (I didn't find out she was with u guys, the 3rd party until later.)She quoted $10/m for internet and free cable streaming cuz she was gonna give me her special discount.It started off horrible when the guy who was supposed to install my internet showed up with NO equipment,he stated he thought he was there to quote me prices.Next day another guy shows,doesnt have the right wiring has to come back another day.First bill was $155.She said installation was free but it wasnt and i was charged $100 for it.She said she would call to fix it.Then I got notified for late fee.This went on and on and I tried handling it myself but she said that only she can get my balance back down to $10 and I should stop calling them myself because it would mess things up on her end.Before I even had the service for 1 month,I wanted to cancel it because nothing was being done and I wasn't about to pay $155 for the 1st month when I was quoted 10/month.She told me to turn in the equipment and send her a pic of receipts proving that and that afterwards she will call and cancel my service and zero out my balance, so I did that.The next day she said she canceled it,I asked for a confirmation number and she said she would give it to me later cuz she was busy at work (even though this was work related).She only sent this confirmation number after I asked her on 3 different occasions.A week later I check my online ATT account, shows account is still open with a $155 balance.I decided to use the chat button on their website to talk to a rep on there.They gave me a phone number to call,when I called it,it wouldn't give me an option to speak to a person unless I paid my outstanding balance first.I told the rep that first quoted me that the account was still open and she acted shocked and said she would take care of it that day.Well, this went on with me getting emails from ATT and trying to get this rep to cancel my service for almost 2 whole months! Then, my balance went up to $223!

I sent her a message asking why it keeps going up if I don't even have their service anymore because I returned ALL of the equipment. She again, acted surprised and said she would take care of it and I would receive a letter stating the cancelation and my account would show a zero balance. She also mentioned to look out for an email stating this as well. Well, it didn't look like she did anything because later on my account showed it was still active with a $223 balance and i never got an email.

I sent her a message and let her know that. She never responded back. I decided to handle it myself (I should have done this in the beginning instead of listening to her) and I blocked her on my phone after that. I goggled online until I found a number for ATT where I could speak to an actual person.

A guy from ATT said I couldn't file a complaint about her through them because she works through u guys. He also said that he didn't see this so called confirmation number she gave me (likely cuz the account was still open/active still). So she just lied to me about that. The guy said my account was never closed just suspended which is why I kept getting an increase in my balance (because she never called to close it and apparently it wasn't documented on their end that I returned my equipment).

The guy said he canceled/closed my account and zeroed the balance. So far I received an email after that stating that they have received my equipment. Today I checked my account and it shows that its closed but still has a $223 balance, I'm hoping it will reflect $0 by next billing cycle so i can end this nightmare. I know the rep gets commission for every install they get (for you guys) and she told me they only get the commission after a person has had their account for at least 3 months.

My belief is that this rep that works for you was trying to purposely delay closing my account in hopes that it reaches the 3 month mark so she can get her commission first and THEN try to close the account for me. Cuz what she couldn't do for me in almost 2 months, took the guy I later spoke to over the phone to do in 30 minutes!! Worst customer service ever!! Horrible representation of your company.

And the only reason I found out she works for u guys and not ATT is because she accidentally slipped up when we were texting about this issue and told me. I only switched from original carrier to ATT because she had quoted me $10/m and i was tight on money! It was a headache from day one and even though I only used the service for under a month, the internet speed was also slower than what I was quoted as well as slower than what I was getting with my original carrier.

This reps full name is Sierra Skeleton and I believe she needs to be retrained and/or reprimanded and/or fired for doing this to potential customers! I would give u guys an overall 0 stars if that was an option!

Did an interview with these people at a new branch/location. Non professional. No secretary at front desk. Nobody asked for resume or application. Interviewers would not answer basic questions about the business or the hiring process. The training would have involved watching online videos or taught by current agents for 1-2 days. In the end, I was not hired and that is probably a good outcome. Avoid this one unless you want to deal with an unprofessional hiring process and who knows what working for them. Total joke.

An excellent employer that promotes the spirit of entrepreneurship. KR Communications was one of the best gigs I ve ever had. The pay was frequent and the comradery amongst my colleagues was very good. Highly recommended for anyone considering getting a job at KR.

I would post negative stars if I could. In 2018 we signed up for service apparently through this company, a 3rd party vendor, for DirecTV. In August of 2020 they began deducting my account for $6.99 a month. When I realized they were deducting I contacted them and they stated it is a service charge for DirectTV. I have not been with DirectTv since April of 2020. They sent me an email with a blurred picture of an agreemwnt that was signed in 2018 that excludes any charges stating $6.99 but a one time charge for the installation. They stated they will bring it to service level to cancel. I called DirecTV, who worked diligently looking into the situation. DirecTv called me back later that evening after looking into the matter and stated to call the bank immediately to cancel out my card. The KR communications lady Moni stated they stopped charging in 2017 when the agreement was signed in 2018 and started charging my debit card in 2020 when they "found" my information. I called the bank and the fraud department and I both were wondering how they "found" the debit card information seeing as I had to order a new card last year. How did this company find my new debit card information without me giving it to them? They had no permission taking the money out of my account and the fraud department stated that i would have to had given them the information. This company is a scam and even DirecTV stated that was a scam. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR THEM TO STEAL YOUR INFORMATION AND CHARGE YOU MONTHLY FOR A FEE THAT EVEN DIRECTV STATES DOES NOT EXHIST. I can only be grateful for DirecTV's excellent customer service and dillegent agent who took all the information to her backoffice to have it investigated. I told them about the reviews of others and let them know that KR Communications is making DirecTV a non reputable company not just for me but for many others per google reviews and BBB, IN WHICH KR COMMUNICATIONS ARE NOT EVEN AN ACCREDITED BBB COMPANY. KR COMMUNICATIONS, HOW DID YOU OBTAIN MY NEW CARD INFORMATION AND WHEN WERE YOU AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE MY NEW CARD INFORMATION FOR DIRECTV SERVICES THAT I CONFIRMED ENDED IN APRIL 2020? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES STEALING INFORMATION, DISRUPTING PEOPLES LIVES, AND CHARGING PEOPLE FOR SERVICES NOT EVEN AUTHORIZED. THE BLURRY PICTURE YOU SAVED STEAL DOES NOT NOTATE A $6.99 MONTHLY FEE. KR COMMUNICATIONS, HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT? Everyone else, this company will not reimburse you either. They will maintain their lies.
As per below reply from the owner, now you want to reimburse me, but when I spoke with your company your representative stated that you could not reimburse me, that it was not your company that obtained my information, pushed it off on authorize.net the party you are using to swindle money from people from, overtalked me and would not listen. I talked to authorize.net who stated they could not obtain new information unless it was through you, the merchant. Reimburse me? Wow, tou have some nerve. I had to shut down my banking account reopen a new one, am having to reestablish everything that was set up, having to call the companies I utilize and let them know my card on file with them will decline the payments until I receive new banking information. Then you think I am going to contact you. I already recieved the document that you have on file from your company that is a blurred copy on my end and your end. How can a legible copy now be obtained if it was not there, on file, in the first place? I have located my original which states a one time fee and not monthly.

This company called KR Communications is a fraud business which doesn't pay their clients after service. I am a victim of them so i want to warn others to beware from them. I have already filed a complaint with BBB against them. They owe me $912 and are denying to pay and providing false documentation that it was been already paid!!. Please stay away everyone!!

A KR Communications technician brought to my attention Directv and put me in touch with KR Communication. They were professional and courteous with service explanation of the Directv program and the installation. The technician was very accommodating and professional with dish location, wiring and operation instruction. Customer service follow up to installation and service. The dish service to date has been excellent.

I wouldn't give 1 star I'd I had the choice for less. First, their rep Zachary Greer, knocked on my front door. I actually allowed that skunk in my front door and he lied to me! He told me I'd I was not happy with my change to Direct TV I could cancel and they would come and get their equipment and restore my previous service. Well I did cancel and he didn't do anything he told me he'd do. I'm 67, and on a limited income, but they (KR Communications) and especially Greer DO NOT care about that. I actually will not waste my time further except to say, "Beware, do not get into any business dealings with Greer or this company"!!!

They tried to force me to have install date that I wasn't going to be home. Tried to cancel but the would not until I called 2 days later and they finally cancelled. They also told me that my refund would be put back on my in 2 to 3 days still haven't gotten it back. Called today and now it will be 2 more weeks.

I don t usually let random salespeople in my house, but I m glad I made an exception this time. I can t remember the young man s name, but he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I took his advice and switched over to KR a few months ago and I still have no regrets.

When you sign up for service they don't tell you that they will charge you an additional fee each month from their company. Despite multiple calls and no calls back, I am forced to notify my bank of fraud charges against them for the unauthorized charges.

Worse dealings ever! These people stole money off my debit card and didn't give me service. Then, they tried to steal another $120.00 after they took $100.00... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

A nice young man came to the door representing DISH said he could get us a better price point.. Long story short we ended up with direct tv. He lead us to believe it was with dish. Come to find our the company he was representing is in Buffalo NY. Beware of Door to door marketing

The agent that signed me up said after a year rates would go up. He said call him and I will keep the rate the same. Had to talk to 3 people before I could get his number he doesn't work for them anymore rates went up $70 was $80 now $150 a month. There other problems but I don't have time to go I to them.

This company took unauthorized payments from my checking account 2 years after Direct TV services were cancelled and closed out. They deceitfully took small amounts multiple times during the day and on multiple days to steal money that didn't belong to them. I wouldn't trust this company or any of their associates. This type of business is undermining and illegal and should be prosecuted for their business practices.

The salesman did not tell me he was with this company. He misrepresented himself as an AT&T salesman. I am not happy with the lies/untruths I was told. My bills have not turned out to be what I thought they would be. This company has contacted me so many times it borders on harassment. I did not know I was doing business with this company and I certainly would not want to do business with them again.

If you are looking to get any type of cable, internet, home or cell phone service; call the 1-800 number and save yourself the trouble and lies from this company.

Make sure to read the entire contract. Otherwise the start of the second month you will see a charge on your card on file - usually it takes a year or so for you to notice it but they will NOT refund you for it. It s for something called a service plan but they will still charge you if a technician needs to come out and fix something that might have been done originally by one of their said techs.

Lastly, if you work for this company they don t pay you and have no regard to fix any pay issues. The staff in the call center are RUDE and unknowlegable about the products.

Guy that signed me up lied about the length of the service contract and promised a $100 gift card after signing up with directv. When I called Directv about the gift card they told me there was no such promotion and no 3 year contract with a price guarantee. They also told me the price guarantee I was promised was only valid with a internet/tv bundle and since they don t offer internet no special discount. Also I cancelled Directv but they are still charging me $6.99 a month.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience of the year, and this has been one heck of a year! Straight up lied to me about the costs for installation. Called a different ATT number and got free installation. They lied to my face and didn't feel bad about it. Stay clear from these folks or you'll likely wind up with empty pockets. ATT - you need to police your subcontractors better, people like this will destroy your brand.
