This place is dirty and the staff is rude. I had one nurse that looked like she rolled out of bed and came to work. She didn t seem to care about anything other than getting home after her shift. Don t send anyone there
Staff are over worked, one social worker for the entire facility! Place needs major remodeling, recleaning re-everything. I only give 2 stars because the workers there have good intentions just lack of resources
I keep calling and no one answers - got hung up on the 1st time with no one saying a work on the other end. I'm trying to find out if a friend of mine is there. I sure hope not for the reading of these reviews and the shared problem I had like others with trying to make a call to this place.

Nobody answers the phone half the time, they hang up on you. Needs better management!!! Can hardly get a to my family member... something needs to be done!!!!!
rude don't care about paitents never send a physicaly sick person here mostly mental and forget things paitents some are violent me and one other person I know of are here by choice not set becausebibam danger or myself that's when they when they can take u to court and mandate u I have been to a state hospital and make no mistake this is not rehab nursing hope I don't wak up
