If you like seeing a lot of non commercial airplanes and also a lot of interesting helicopters this is a great place to go and stop by for a quick visit. One of the reasons why I really like this airport is that it's right next to one of the parks. The other thing is is that it's literally an airport that seems like it's out in the country but it's literally like right in the city just a short one mile drive away. The airport does have an airport lounge over here and that actually is very well furnished and half staff on location. There's plenty of parking here, and honestly it's one of the more busier airports that are customize to the private individual. If you need a relaxing place to really go out and basically here the airplanes are you just need to get something off your mind this is a great place to go.

Friendly staff, helpful, well organized. There's a nice little place to sit and collect your things. Plane parking not cramped, easy parking. We like to grab a bite to eat next door and the golf course before we fly.

Great little spot, love walking around here on bay trail... Checking out takeoffs and landings and also pretty birds!

The City of Palo Alto has a great general aviation airport, a towered field and one of the busiest with a single runway. It's historic, and serves our community in training new pilots, supporting aerial emergency services including air ambulance and Coast Guard helicopters, and provides search-and-reascue teams and trains youths through its USAF Civil Air Patrol unit.

Staff was very helpful, The free upgrade on the room was much appreciated and made it easy for my wheelchair, good restaurant great food and a good range of food, very quiet room and comfy bed, very close to the airport with free shuttle.

Walk in the Baylands, and watch the planes take off and land.
