Middle Tennessee Medical Center PACE Center Review

Their service was very fast. As a retired lab technician I can honestly say they are following All the precautions. Staff was nice and seemed knowledgeable.

Hours for business are stated to be open until 6:00pm. DO NOT show up at 5:47pm in hopes you will be seen. Last patient of the day is 5:45 pm sharp! Recommend they post the actual hours of operation. Lock your doors if you are closed, please, so people in need don t wander in at the last minute thinking there s hope. One star for false advertisement, not for quality of service.

The office personnel was very professional the nurse lacks manners and the physician was great. Need to work on the nurse staff for better bedside manners and not rudeness.

First one here and they took in 6 people in in front of us. When asked they said sent our paper work to a different fast pace. Still not seen!

They do not bill walk in visits separate from urgent care visits a simple visit even with insurance is extremely expensive. I feel like they are running a clever bait and switch scam. The service was good if in a emergency or last resort I would recommend but be prepared to pay way to much

I just walked in because the previous clinic I went to seemed to not care and prescribed me medication that made me suicidal and had nothing to do with my ailment but they also didn't care to listen either, just wanted me in and out.
I honestly wasn't expecting much but wow, wait time was very minimal, they kept good health practices for Corona virus prevention, and they LISTENED to me, they didn't mind how many symptoms or concerns I had, they just wanted to make me well again. Was prescribed medication that made me feel noticeably better within a day, I can sleep again after a long month of only sleeping an average of one to two hours everyday.
Before was such agony and debilitating that I couldn't even work anymore and previous clinics medications made me gain 15 pounds in less than a week and gave me severe suicidal thoughts.
I don't know how to thank them enough, I seriously almost killed myself because being awake for days straight would gradually drive me insane, they saved my life, and I will now always come here first, its so wonderful to know not all medical professionals do it completely for money and actually want to make their patients well again.
Seriously, thank you Dr. Ferguson, you and your staff allowed me to live my life normally again.

On the Athens FastPace website, it stated that they offer well women exams and pap smears. I went there with a feminine issue, and they told me that they do not deal with these issues. Since it is a Sunday, I have to wait to call around tomorrow and get an appointment elsewhere, which is very annoying considering I need to get this issue checked out. They need to update their website and take off these services if they do not offer them, instead of wasting peoples time.

I thought I was going to a walk in clinic, but apparently since they call themselves an urgent care this is an emergency room. The charge for a 30 min. visit was 667.00 dollars. I have a 250.00 ER deductible, so I am paying this entire bill. They keep your credit card on file so they will get this money. THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY ROOM! They should make this clear up front what the charges will be. I will no go back !!!!

The staff is very courteous and had informative answers to any/all of the questions that I had concerning my visit! Great Service and exceptional safety precautions!

Do not ever under any circumstance go to this facility ... They bill you under the facility and not under the doctor , a simple visit is going to cost you 300$ ... And for the level of care you get its not worth it, save your money go somewhere else !!! And before you ask me if I want to speak to a regional director on my negative experience I would love to !
