I would not rent from this business. The person who answered had to put me on hold for every question I asked as she was extremely uninformed regarding their equipment. This went on and on. I would never do business with someone who didn't know their inventory.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I met with owner Eric Sambold some time ago about rentals for a fashion show. All seemed well until he used my number for personal reasons that made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Owner is a creep.
Call for service. Don't even try to walk in. Door locked. Not a retail place. Does all business only over phone.

I needed a Mac to transfer files from hard drives of my crashed MacBook Pro. I tried Geek Squad and they were worthless even though I purchased a brand new Windows laptop at Best Buy. These guys got me a current machine and were flexible on timing and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
