Almost killed my Maverick. He chewed on this toy that was sworn to be good by this company for no more than 10 minutes . A small piece was dislodged, I had to pull it out of his throat. Never buy a toy that has several molded colors. I should file a lawsuit. It's made in China.

Really good online customer service. I had queries about washing kongs and got detailed replies explaining the whys and wherefores. I like the innovation, variety and quality of the products too.

Management is awful. Clint and Joe do not know how to retain employees, and workers like it when you slowly take away everything that made the job bearable, right?

A good place to work for maybe a week or two, because no one stays longer than that anyways. If you stay longer your job only gets harder.

I contacted Kong Company about the large red Kong ...

I contacted Kong Company about the large red Kong bone I bought for a dog. I sent pictures of the broken Kong. I was promised a new black Kong would be in the post.

I have emailed them again and nothing, no reply.

Extremely disappointed with this company. Customer service is useless.

I will not be purchasing any more Kong products.

Oh and I would give it ZERO stars.

I just feel for the dog who has lost out.

my grandbo & i want to do business with this company we have some inventions for all family pets people would be interested in buying. i hope we get help from Kong since they manufacture so many quality pet supplies. Grandbo's is getting overcharged by the county tax assessor and we are having difficulty with mold spores and the roof is leaking. Grandbo & I shall make an appointment or send Kong a working prototype soon thank you Kong Grandbo loves your pet products! We belong to our local inventors club.

Very difficult to get a refund. Sent in receipt, thou already sent last week when initially requested, and asked for again. Seconds later, when adding receipt, page expired. "Carla" seems to want to lecture, rather then believe the customer. There were obvious flaws in both toys.I let her know I was throwing with my dog at time of punctures, she wrote back advising me to supervise my dog and told me they would not continue to refund.
WHAT? As if I had requested any refund before from this company. Pictures sent. Very disapointing to be given the run around. A company I now choose to ignore in product lines, rather then continue with this run around game with Carla. I was told I could speak to product manager...get toy names again, though they have the pictures, receipt...
Time is precious, so I am moving on to other companies.

I live about 30 minutes from the Golden, CO manufacturer and I went there today just to check out the facility. Jennifer was quite cordial, nice, and generous. Thank you for the samples

Pretty disappointed though I have been a long time customer. Have submitted several requests for communication regarding a product that split in two less than a week after purchase. No response from the company :(
