Very difficult to get a refund. Sent in receipt, thou already sent last week when initially requested, and asked for again. Seconds later, when adding receipt, page expired. "Carla" seems to want to lecture, rather then believe the customer. There were obvious flaws in both toys.I let her know I was throwing with my dog at time of punctures, she wrote back advising me to supervise my dog and told me they would not continue to refund.
WHAT? As if I had requested any refund before from this company. Pictures sent. Very disapointing to be given the run around. A company I now choose to ignore in product lines, rather then continue with this run around game with Carla. I was told I could speak to product manager...get toy names again, though they have the pictures, receipt...
Time is precious, so I am moving on to other companies.
