Its a great place but watch ur children on the rides.....some of there older employees DO NOT check to see if the kids r locked in properly

Clean as always and lots of side shows to enjoy. Kids had a blast too

Great family fun and great food. No admission fees. Rides use tickets. They have the best wooden rollercoasters in my opinion. Beautiful at night with all the lights from the rides lit up.

Affordable family fun better than Hershey Park, here's why! Knoebels offers a wide selection of rides for both daredevils and back seat cruisers. The best thing is you only pay as you go...no entry fee. Also you can camp there and save money on
hotel fees. Lots of great places to eat so if you want a family dinner besides the franks and beans you packed you got it! The over all feel of the place is laid back and good ol' rural PA
as opposed to the hipster commercial consumerism of Herself Parks. My advice for out of towners...go to
Knoebels for fun and hit the local Walmart to stock up on Hershey bars before you head for home.

Knoebels is a great place to take your family! My 3.5 year old son had a blast! Parking is free and we've never had any issue finding a spot in their giant field.
One of the best things about Knoebels is that admission is free too! You only have to pay for what you want to do, so you can either buy books of tickets for the rides (which are discounted at Weis markets I believe) or I think you can buy a bracelet or something that let's you do almost anything there. I don't know of any places that sell alcohol in the park, so it is generally a good environment for families.

Just a great go to place. Even if you dont like rides, it's a nice place to just hang out with the family as the kids go on rides.

Knoebel's is the best. It's a local institution.

All the complaints I can think of about it are the same as every other amusement park. Blah, blah trinkets and food are overpriced.

Obviously. That's how this works.

The thing is it's not overpriced compared to other parks. In fact, I would argue they're competitive and even cheaper than the big parks.

Still expensive, but no more than Hershey or Dorney.

On top of that you pay no fee foot admission OR parking. No $40.00 fee to simply watch your kids ride rides. You don't ride you don't pay.

You want to grab an ice cream, walk around, then see a show? It'll cost you an ice cream.

I would like to give zero stars but it won't let me., Took my family to a picnic at what I always thought was one of the nicest parks because of their great level of service for the patrons.
However that was totally turned upside down today.
I Parked in what I thought was a handicapped spot with my handicapped placard, was even told by an employee "you're good!" When I asked if it was a good spot,...came back to find this after spending over $300 in the park, tried to explain the situation and was told "too bad" , pay the money or we don't take it off.
I cannot believe a place whose business is Fun Food and Fantasy, as they put it, would hold your vehicle Hostage for twenty dollars, Nice Scam, I even had an event notice on my dashboard that told my exact location, they could have just drove their little wannabe cop car security buggy over and explained the situation, I would have gladly moved, instead of being strong armed out if 20$ and having the aluminum wheel on my vehicle gouged up.
Enjoy that twenty dollars Knobles, it's the last money you'll ever get out of me or my family.
You out to be ashamed of yourselves!

Love this place alot better than dorney park by far

Free admission is an awesome perk and ideal for those with younger kids. The pool is expensive and probably not worth it unless spending several hours there. Lots of kiddie rides. Just wish they opened earlier.

I have been going to Knoebels since I was a child now I bring my children. It's a great time for the whole family. I am disappointed that we were there for the last weekend and they decided to close early on Saturday without any notice due to weather but at the time they started shutting things down 7pm it was the best weather it's been the whole day. It left us scrambling with no where to get the kids food. I will still still come back because we love it there and I'm hoping my kids will carry on the tradition with theirs when they are grown up and have families.

Great family fun, pet friendly and the food is not expensive

The rides here are pretty hot i rode the phoneix,the impulse and twister and a couple other ones but forgot the name the park is a nice place to visit and plus free admission

A great old-school amusement park in central PA. You don t pay for admission, just for each ride you go on, so it can be much more affordable than other amusement parks. Parking is free as well!

Best Family Experience in the Country

This is a special place with many hidden treasures from the Phoenix to a their Eagles, gift shops, restaurants, the list goes on and on. Take your family here at least once and you'll understand why so many people love this place.

Not happy with the good at all. Way to expensive and not as good as other years. Have been going to this park for 25 years. A little disappointed

Awesome! Very family oriented. Picnic area so you can bring your own food. During the week they sell wristbands for unlimited rides. Staff is very friendly. Giant parking lot. Fun good time for very young to adults alot to do

So much better than Hershey! Only pay for what you want to ride! No parking fee!!

I love this park. Friendly workers, clean and family friendly. Unfortunately when I visited not many rides were running. Even a lot of the stores and eateries were closed. From what I understand they were short staffed, which with everything going on is totally understandable. We still enjoyed our visit.

I've been going to Knoebels since I was a kid. Free parking.You can just by tickets to go on the rides. Or you can just walk around and enjoy the shops and entertainment. Great family park.

Fantastic amusement park, I've been going here for 30+ years and I still look forward to each visit. The rides, food, atmosphere all make this a must do. They also still offer FREE parking, which is how it should be!

Fun for entire family, lovely atmosphere even if all you do is walk around.

I love this place but the employees definitely need to be trained better with customer service. I understand they are all mostly teenagers but my 8 yr old son could do a better job. Maybe some training classes would help. The perogies at the stand near the ferris wheel were absolutely horrible and that is something so easy to prepare and keep fresh and hot all day.

If your looking for a good family fun park that won't break the bank knoebels is it. Lots of rides for the whole family. Their two wooden rollercoasters are awesome. Food here is also very good and reasonable.

I had a very good time! Fun rides, affordable, and great food! Plenty of rides for younger children, very shady areas (good for an extra sunny day) and very little wait times. In my opinion, one of the best amusement parks I've been to.

Hands down best amusement park I've been to. We go there every summer and it's always enjoyable. It's completely free to park and get in. The day pass is really worth it if you don't wanna be scared you'll lose tickets or won't have enough. It's really clean, great service, fun rides and attractions for all ages, pets welcome and great campgrounds. Great place for a summer vacation and to bring kids.

Knoebels is, by far, the best amusement park! For starters, parking is always free. Pets are welcome. There are numerous pavilions with grills for anyone to enjoy. They have so MANY rides; from kiddie rides to coasters, there's something for everyone. There are multiple grand stands with all types of live entertainment, a huge outdoor pool open in the summer, nearby camping grounds & cabins, the list goes on & on.... and don't get me started on the incredible food! I feel like I eat my way through Knoebels every time I'm there and still manage to find something new & delicious each visit! If all that isn't enough, the staff are the most wonderful people. They work hard to make sure every guest has a phenomenal experience. I personally had an exceptional experience with staff members when my son lost his wallet & witnessed such kind-hearted assistance from employees with an autistic child. I have heard so many similar stories from friends & strangers.

One of the greatests spots on the planet! We camp here every year and rain or shine you always have a great time. Knobels has been on the travel channel and similar programs manh times, often voted as America's best family amusement park. There are 80 year old rides here that smack you around like it ain't even legal and last year a new badass coaster became the newest attraction. The food: teaberry milkshakes, tri taters, waffle icecream sammich, casari's pizza tastes so good it will make you want to slap an Italian in the mouth and say "bellissimo!" The covered bridge fest in the fall is a good time as well

Best little secret amidst small towns an affordable amusement park that's animal friendly as well . has cottages and campsites and great food . you don't have to pay if you don't ride no parking fee . plenty of shady places to sit Way Better Than Hershey Park!!

Family owned and operated for several generations. Shuttle service from parking areas. Great pool. Excellent place for family fun. Lots of kiddie rides.

Got the fun and the food but lacked on the fantasy.

This is the nicest amusement park. U pay no parking, nothing to get in n only rides you want to go on. You can also get a wrist band n ride all day. They have a spring fed pool which is separate from the park to pay. There's picnic area which you can reserve ahead with grills that are also extra.

A staple for fun times with family! I loved going to Knoebels when I was a little kid, now I take my three kiddos every other weekend in the summer! They love the variety of kids rides there. The fire trucks and kiddie whipper are by far their favorites!

Bit of a ride but fantastic Amusement Park, if it floods the locals retrieve what they find and bring it back. Not a rip off for park or Pool, giant slide are separate.

Did the pool with slides, phoenix, twister, sky lift, carousel and ferris wheel. Food was spectacular as always.

This is a great place to take your family. No cost to get in and the rides aren't too expensive. The best part about the park is that there is shade unlike other parks.

Started going there with my future wife in 1975....we still go every year..but now with our 4 kids and 3 granddaughters. Still a great place to bring the kids, and future Seniors too!
