Truly is a great amusement park for families. Free admission free parking. You can bring your own food although we stopped doing that because there's so many great choices of food within the park that we never ended up eating our own food anyway. which means Mom,Dad, Grandma,Grandpa don't have to pay to admission charge just to walk around and watch the kids have a good time. There are plenty of rides for adults too. another great thing is that without a charge for ignition you don't feel guilty after leaving after only a couple hours.
The Park is great. But for the love of God we are outdoors. Stop making the Mask issues a big deal.
WONDERFUL PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY
FRIENDLY AND WHAT I LIKE THE MOST IS THAT IS NICE AND CLEAN NO CHARGE FOR PARKING OR ENTRY REALLY NICE
My family and I were camping nearby so we decided to visit Knoebels for their bargain night last Wednesday night. Basically, we learned that if you like rides that spin in circles then this is the park for you. However, we felt that it was very crowded and it took over 15 minutes to get the 4 hotdogs we ordered for dinner. I don't think we will be back but I wish them well.
Family friendly vibe. My favorite amusement park to take kids of a variety of ages.
Ive been going here since i was a child. The best place in PA for a family. Great in every way!!!
Free parking free admission, can pay for all day pass or by the ride not too bad $3 or less per ride
Free parking. Free entrance. Reasonable ride and food prices. Great and affordable family amusement park!!
We always have a great time when we go there..the staff are always accommodating and just all around great people..I highly recommend going here if you re in the area
Very nice park great for those who like to ride as well as those who just like to watch. There are lots of benches through out the park and you can usually find a shady spot. You can eat in the park or bring a packed lunch. They are dog friendly too.
This place is magical. Some of my best childhood memories happened here. Definitely visit the haunted mansion. One of the best in the world of its type.
Fantastic family atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Had a little something for everybody
Absolutely amazing amusement park! The campground is very nice and well kept. The bathrooms have showers and a coin operated washer and dryer. The park has a great assortment of rides and uses the ticket system so that those who are not riding don't have to waste their money. There are a lot of different foods to choose from. The hand-dipped ice cream and pizza are both great. There's something for everyone. We stay for four days every June and have a great time. Even the little campground store is fun to look around in.
Great family place!! A lot to do for all ages. Very reasonable prices.
Fun for all ages. Great rides, and food. A great day for a family, or group of friends.
47th year here for me camping. Love the food at the park. Clean and friendly.
My favorite amusement park. Park for free. Bring your own food or dine at one of the many award winning food stands. You can even decide exactly how much you want to spend on rides with the ticket books. It's even shaded so on those hot summer days there are places to get out of the sun. Great for the whole family!
Love it here. Laid back atmosphere family oriented inexpensive
We had a great time. Lots of fun for a decent price. Not too crowded. Wait times are not awful. The roller coasters were a blast. I would highly recommend bringing your family and friends.
Fun park! Cool 0lace to spend the day with friends and family!
My wife s family has a tradition of coming here every summer. We camp at the campground and walk down to the park. It s a family-friendly place that feels like a step back in time. Lots of old carnival-type rides (really big kiddie section), some nice coasters (the wooden one is the best), and free live entertainment. One word about the campground; it s always full but remarkably quiet for the tight quarters and amount of people.
Great place to spend the day with the family. They have ~20 kiddie, family, and adult rides each. Free parking and a quick shuttle to the park. You can purchase ticket booklets (rides range from $1.25 - $3) or you can buy unlimited ride passes for ~$40. With kids 4 and 6 + 3 adults, we made out ahead by purchasing the ticket booklets but it was close. If I took older kids, I would 100% buy the wristbands for unlimited rides.
Love going there ,food is good, staff are always helpful, grandkids love the rides
Free parking! Free admission! Reasonably priced food and souvenirs! This place is amazing! Pets allowed! I'd recommend everyone try it!
The best family oriented amusement park EVER!!!! I highly recommend it to anyone
Amazing as usual. I love that there is no entrance fee, no parking fee, and its safe enough to leave your cooler, food, chairs and extra clothes in the picnic area. It helps make the fun economical. The upgraded restrooms near the new roller coaster is nice too. The park has a welcoming.down home feel. Thanks Knoebels for a great DAYCATION!!!!!
Wonderful location, free admission, free shows and reasonably priced rides and food. Always a good time.
They did a great job under the circumstances had alot of fun
Pretty amazing. A museum, a water park, many rides and eateries for all ages.
I visited this park at the age of 57 for the first time ever !! I don't go on rides and I still had a great time with my family. Good food too
It's okay. As someone who literally grew up like 30 mins from it I'm not as impressed by it then someone who's not from here. It's nice when you want to get out of the house and enjoy food and some rides but they could use a bit of a renovation. The gift shops are cute and there's usually always some sort of deal or like something special going on which is exciting. But some of the staff look like they really hate themselves.
Free to get in/ free parking/ tickets good price/ riders are cheap to get on/ food is good the people who work there are nice my husband and I take our kids and a lot of my family and friends go there every year too and we have so much fun so if you never been and you have little ones go check it out and I hope you guys will enjoy like we do :)
Great place for kids to be kids and memories to be made!
Knoebels is great. I went there on the school trip. I loved it. And the gift store and the pictures are not as much as dorney Park and other amusement parks.
Two words AWESOME SAUCE been going here since I was a kid and now passing the trait down by taking my kids here
Just an overall fun place to go that doesn't cost an arm and a leg
I've been coming here since I was little, and I love it!
Our family visits here every year. It's an enjoyable place to bring your family.
Great place to relax with your kids...plenty of rides and so many places to get something good to eat
I come here every summer and have a great time here! It s cheap clean charming and the kids will love it
Love it , we go 2-3 times a year... Free admission and food is reasonable
Best day ever. Everyone should go and check it out.
Amazing, free parking and entrance,we can choose our choice ride's and food and beverage
We love Knoebel's! It's our favorite park. We've been going there since the 1960s. It's a great place for a family outing.
Only amusement park with no admission. Great food great rides great time
Nice amusement park. Clean with great rides great food. Also has some sections shaded by trees. Was there today for their covered bridge craft show. Had a lot of vendors with great arts and crafts. Lots of food vendors as well. Always a great time.
Great park, free to get in . Pay per ride or get all ride passes.
I've been coming here for 15 years and I never grow bored of the park. The dogs being allowed to be in the park definitely makes my visits that much better. Not to mention the history of this place is amazing.
Needs an all day pass for weekends but other than that there s tons of things to do here
Where do I start? For one, I appreciate that this is a family owned establishment. I want to give this place 5 stars but unfortunately I can t.
Did my family and I have a good day? Yes! Would I return again? Probably not in the near future. I enjoyed the fact that there was free parking. I also enjoyed the fact that it wasn t to packed on a Tuesday. But there was many rides that we closed due to a shortage of staff. Understandable with the current times and situation. But In such situation, at the very least, they should of discounted the all day pass or books of tickets for the attractions. It wasn t just a few rides that were closed, it was a lot of them. Second, the place definitely needs some updating. I saw many liabilities around the park that could be disastrous for families. The safety belts in some rides need to be updated. For example, the safety belt had so much slack in it and there was absolutely no way to tighten it. What s up with that? The ride attendant didn t even secure nor check my step son s safety belt, I had to do It. Not Impressed with safety Features of some of the rides nor the attendants attitudes.
Finally, people were getting reprimanded by the employees for not wearing their masks. I completely understand that it should be worn properly when around others. Do I think it should be worn at all times in an outdoor place such as this establishment? No! If your able to socially distance yourself from people, I don t see the problem. But it is what it is. What made me mad, is that you have the staff enforcing the mask policy, yet there are at least a dozen of them just wearing a face shields. A face shield is not a mask and it does not protect anyone from anything. This was very hypocritical. If your going to follow and enforce the CDC guidelines on the patrons at the establishment, you better make sure all your staff is doing the exact same thing.
To conclude, we had a nice time and I hope that the next time I come, more things will be open, covid won t be a thing, and the park has some major renovations and updates.
Been visiting since a kid and must say even as an adult I enjoy this park. Free parking and free admission is the biggest draw especially for those coming to just relax or wanting ride all day. Food is fantastic personal favorite is Tri-Tators located near haunted mansion and of course old mill ice cream also in exact area. One of my favorite things is the layout of the park having trees and shade vs the other PA parks that have no trees or shade and force you to suffer in summer heat. Pool is awesome too but that is not included with handstamp. All day ride stamp plus coasters has now reached 50 dollars but still cheaper then the other 2 nearby parks. Knoebels has everything from baby to teen adult and elder. Visitor for life
Very nice park. Prices are good, it's clean and great for everyone. They don't charge an admission fee so you can just go and walk around.
Better than Disney! Mice aren't always cute, but Chipmunks are! I rest my case.
Awesome park! Plenty of free parking. Free admission. Food prices were fair. Ride prices are good. Went there for a work picnic during the coronavirus epidemic. Note: If you plan to go during this epidemic, masks are required to be worn at all times, except while eating or in the swimming pool. We had a great time. Wearing masks during 90 degree temps isn't fun but we made the best of it.
Great atmosphere, excellent prices, tasty food. No admission charge, you can get a hand stamp or buy individual ride tickets.
I had so much fun with my friends there, very affordable and clean
Delicious food. Classic rides. Best family park around. Best part is that parking is free.
As someone that is used to the more commercial theme park world, this was a pleasant surprise. The laid back atmosphere, good food, and unique collection of rides has me ready to come back sooner rather than later.
I've been here so many times it's ridiculous and I still love it every time. The Phoenix is the greatest roller coaster of all time. No cost for entry is amazing and unheard of. You can buy 3 dollars worth of tickets and ride the Phoenix once and go home, insane value.
Family oriented, friendly/ helpful staff and there's something for everyone while being budget conscience. Amusement rides, pool and water slides, music concerts, mini golf, camping.... Not to mention you can bring your own lunch, parking/ admission are free, and rides are wrist band or pay as you go... Always a fabulous time!
Great family park. Great prices on food. My grandsons are hooked. They want to go everyday!
Super outstanding exceptional experience. The real deal.
if you love your kids. take them here. so much fun. family oriented. great food. history at its finest. ride the merry go round.
Fun for people that love to ride. Not so much for me.
Great place to bring the family. Cheap thrills. Ride if you want or just walk for free.
Maybe I'm getting old, place seems to have been losing its charm to me. It's a great place for group events and kids, prices are pretty reasonable overall for an amusement park. Most of the rides are pretty old.
Just an amazing place, we come here as a family every summer, a few times a year
Great place for the family. Best part is you do not pay to get in, only for rides. Tons of stuff to keep kids entertained.
Thank you AFSCME 462 for a wonderful picnic at this beautiful amusement park. And thank you Knoebels for catering this event with great food.
Love it! Where else can you spend the whole day, ride most of the rides, eat some real tasty food & all for less than $30 per person?! Can't beat that price, even at a community carnival you'll spend well over that on just one kid.
Perfect place for kids, although children have to be 32 inches tall to ride any kids rides. Except the carousel!!! No changing tables in bathrooms. Historic place, camping near by.
Very clean and very family oriented. Food prices were good they do not take all your money. Will be going back, relaxing day and a fun day
Beautiful wooded park. Free parking and entry to the park. Just buy tickets or a wrist band for rides. My favorite park in the country
I went to Knoebels for the first time and thourougly enjoyed it. Their ticket system, where each ticket had a specific monetary value and each ride had a set price based on that- was a bit strange to me at first since I'd never seen that sort of thing before, but it was easy to get used to and I ended up having a great time. Most lines move fairly quickly and certain rides barely had lines at all. There was a fun mix of rides, with multiple roller coasters, a teacup ride, flume, two trains and a whole bunch of others things. One of my favorites was Flying Turns, a trackless coaster, and I even ended up taking home a souvenir penny to commemorate it.
