Really nice place. Food was very well cooked and staff were very pleasant and polite. Golf course is very well kept and looks terrific. However the prices for a Coke at the bar are pretty expensive and THERE ARE CAMERAS IN THE BATHROOMS pointed at the urinals and stalls.please take these out. There so reason for them being there.
Lovely hotel, spotless and the staff were very friendly. They really went out of the way for you especially Leanne, she was so kind and helpful. The food was fab I really enjoyed the sea bass. My only issue was one of the bar men was quite rude on both nights we were there. Apart from him great place i would recommend and we will be back.
Good points bad points. The hotel has huge potential but the service levels are not great for a 4 star hotel. On a number of occasions during our stay we have had to ask for stuff on several occasions. In addition to this some of the staff are poorly trained in customer service and were slightly rude to us during our stay.
I stayed in hotel last Wednesday night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious. Thank you so much . Wil be recommending it to my friends.
Lovely resort that has a golf course very close to trimm castle. Indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room was amazing. They do require bathing hats for non Europeans but sell them for 2 euros so not too bad. Comfortable bed and a great breakfast were also provided.
Excellent hotel and facilities. Myself and my partner came for our anniversary and the staff were very helpful and obliging. Spa was fantastic and food/room service was amazing. We will definitely visit again
We had function there rooms were warm though you could see dust around the fans on the heaters. The beddings needed to be conditioned the smell wasnt a fresh
My experience at nightsbrook Hotel was excellent, from the in door in it was very welcoming, from the staff. At reception everyone was so friendly and helpful, we were on the forth floor so the lift was very handy, and the room was beautiful with a balcony, aun sweet to. The wedding we attended was Richard and Jessicas, Mr, Mrs mallone. Was fantastic, including food and drinks. I would definitely go there again, thanks a million to nightsbrook hotel, Eva Blake and family. . I give you 5, stars. What
We booked a two night stay and booked for dinner for two nights as well the food was terrible out twelve of us sat down and every one was very disappointed with so we cancled the the next night and went out somewhere else to for dinner on both days the bacon was gone off for breakfast and the rest cold, I found the hotel to be a 2 star rating
Beautiful hotel and had a beautiful room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely be back. Took my husband here for his 50th. They left little treats in our room for him.
We had our wedding here on the 14th November 2019. Look nowhere else. This venue is amazing. Very luxurious interior with fabulous grounds for pictures of your special day. Mary (Events Manager) and Andrew (banquet Manager) and all of their teams are brilliant and are with you every step of the way. We panicked a bit as we got close to the day because we felt we had nothing done but our brains couldn't engage anything other than little niggly bits. Mary assured us that we had very little to do because Knightsbrook had it all in hand. The staff are a breath of fresh air to deal with and I couldn't recommend them enough.
Very busy with weddings but staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Food is LOVELY especially breakfast. Beds and pillows so comfy - no cement slabs for pillows!!! I will be back.
Not a bad hotel for the area, maybe a little dated but staff and food is excellent so there is a advantages. Good golf course also, played it twice and enjoyed it
Have played the golf course on a number of occasions, tried the buffet lunch last week and was not disappointed. Great selection of starters, mains and deserts. Quality was spot on too.
Not a huge fan of this place but it s nice just not outstanding...don t like where it is situated and could do with a lick of paint at the front...been at a few weddings here....it s grand but that s it!
Fantastic spa day with treatments with my three Daughters today.thanks to all the therapists and of course to my Daughter Sabrina for my Christmas presenter of same. Highly recommended and the afternoon tea lovely too
House was great but standards have slipped big time. Waitress dropped a drink all over me, Said sorry and walked away. Food not great. Specials gone by 7.30pm both nights. We were handed processed chicken on our club sandwiches.
Fantastic place to stay with family. Hotel is beautiful with wonderful surroundings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great fun..for young and old!! House was equipped with everything one would need. Shops in Trim are great value. Will definitely be back to knightbrook!!
Just stayed there Sunday 5th - 7th Jan as a couple & I wouldn't recommend this hotel for couples. The first room we had had a house estate view (should of just stayed home with that view for free), tv.. might aswell not have any ya can't see anything (pic below) but the worst part was how hot the room was!!! Room 223 with no aircon we had to leave the balcony door opened all night & even with that the room was still roasting! So loud too with people constantly banging doors!! I rang reception middle of the night & after breakfast (which was poorly made who eats fried potatoes in the morning??)they offered me another room which was so much better with golf course view & a terrace 141 which was appreciated but we only had one night left. The food at this hotel is not worth the money, ridiculously expensive for what you get,Guinness bread stale! To add to it the jacuzzi was also broke & pool water was cold.. definitely not a 4* hotel the place is run down.. the decor specially the terrace by the bar needs some serious renovation everybody crammed together & 4pm check in??? Joke.... Won't be coming back to this hotel plenty out there with better quality & cheaper! I will add tho... Staff make the place.. they were all very lovely can't deny that.
We visited the Hotel's main lounge for lunch at 1pm mid-week. The food was good, but the service was not. We overheard a couple behind us passing comment on the service too. One elderly lady shuffled in, asked for a glass of white wine in the lobby, and shuffled back out to take her seat. Ten minutes later when we left she was still waiting for her wine. It wasn't a case of the staff standing around doing nothing, they seemed to be busy despite the small number of tables occupied, it's perhaps a case of needing better management/organisation. My wife had the seafood chowder, which was very good, and I had a club sandwich with veg soup. The soup was also very good, and the club was ok - I'm very particular about a toasted club sandwich. The warm carrot cake which we shared was also very good. We would go again, it was a pleasant experience despite the poor service, which was hopefully an anomaly.
Excellent hotel, beautiful place. The city is spectacular with a Castle with a lot of history and public places surrounded by green and a lot of culture
Beautiful hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated, very spacious and comfortable. Food was delicious and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Really nice golf course, challenging but approachable for first time players.
Attended a Wedding in February room which the ceremony was held in beautifullypresented ..then rearranged for the meal and entertainment for the evening would advise they open the door from steam rooms to general pool area as had to walk through cold staircase area to get access
A special family celebration....lovely hotel..bedrooms very comfortable ..beds amazing...food in lounge was very nice. Dinner in dining room was not as good, menu choice could be better...and had an issue with children's food ...payment.. Overall a nice time for us as a family...
Stayed in the self catering houses for a wedding. House was fab. We attended a wedding and the whole day was beautiful, staff were great. Really accomadating. My son is a coeliac and they were great with sorting out some gluten free food for him.
love this place staff are extremely professional very pleasant only down fall stopped leaving complimentary bottles of water in rooms for guest very mean also if your 20 min late checkin out U are charged not told this at reception just on a small what looks like a non smoking sign not good enough
Good experience, nice dinner which was included in the package, jacuzzi did not work, however pool wasn't crowded that much on Sun as it was crowded on Monday,
