Received excellent service from Jo Leon. Quickly built an informal rapport and Jo explained legal proceedings in a straight forward manner. No legal jargon, all straight talking. Would definitely work with Jo again (although hoping not to have to of course!).

Would have preferred to have been given a more accurate cost estimate upfront as the fees built to quite a bit higher than the initial verbal estimate.
