Looked at cars and given time to go away and consider our options.
Went back and bought a car. Went the 'extra mile' to give customer satisfaction.

Sean, one of the Sales Staff made sure I understood exactly what was involved in purchasing a new car and what all my options were. He explained the workings of the car without making it sound complicated. At no time did I feel that i was being pushed into buying a new car.

Very helpful. Happy to recommend. In my experience they do their very best to sort any query or repair.

do not trust the web site, I was told a car was in stock and after driving an hour, I was told it had been sold yesterday. the car it still on the website two days later. very poor.

Have recently purchased a Peugeot 308 from this garage and the experience has been excellent. Not only was the car very competitively priced, having viewed it and driven it in person, it was spotless. The salesman, David Boor, has been a pleasure to deal with. Offered me a very attractive deal for what I was looking for and I didn t hesitate to buy it. David insisted on having the car serviced before I pick it up next weekend. The garage itself was extremely clean with a good choice of cars. 5* from me.

MOT, service and repair quote today. Car collected, all work done, no charge as I have a service contract. Returned timely, washed and tidied. What more could you ask?

Highly recommend company, purchased a corsa which was straight forward Terry took the time to show me a number of cars, i was a little fussy but he did not push me into anything which other companies have done in the past he also made plenty of coffee and was down to earth. The car did go wrong 7 weeks later but Underwoods sorted out the main problem and other little issues which was the fault of Vauxhall not Underwoods. We always need companies like this that live up to the customers expectations. Providing they always keep up this high level of after sales care I will always buy my cars from this company. Nice job Underwoods keep it up!

My car was serviced yesterday, all good apart from lady on service reception. Unfriendly, almost hostile don't know why as the next person she served as I left she was all smiles and politeness to them? Other staff were very helpful. Shame as it puts me off going back.

Scott was great sorting my car out after a minor accident he even sorted a temporary repair so I could continue driving the car before sending it in to be fixed. Repair was prompt and courtesy car provided although a step down from my current car.

Really good service with a smile. Bought used car and the service by the Sales Advisor(David Boor)was exemplary. Even helped me unlock the petrol cap on the car !!
