Kmg prestige, inc. Review

This company is the best property management company I have ever had to deal with. They have always responded and taken care of my issues. My community is always maintained and well kept. I disagree with many of these comments. Only one guy tho.

Exceptional company to deal with on all facets. I have now been both a resident and an employee. Management companies deal with mostly flack on their reviews, someone is mad at their Manager so they vent about then on Google in hopes of getting some attention. I disagree with the majority of comments listed, and would highly recommend any interaction with the company whether it be as a resident or as an employee.

I absolutely love working for this company, they made me feel so welcomed. I just started with this company sept 1st and it feels like I ve known them forever, everyone is so friendly and family oriented I have a career now not a job

This company is hands down the WORST company I have ever dealt with. NO ONE communicates or gives information or ANYTHING. Literally better off trying to talk rocks into becoming bunnies. My father was a resident on one of their properties. He had me listed as person in charge of his estate. They told me they have no proof I am his son. I had a petition from the court, still refused to talk to me. I just want to settle the affairs of my father and literally NO ONE in the company will help. I have tried, I emailed all of their leadership and no reply. I have called their lawyers, regional managers, office etc, nothing. Such a joke. How does this company exist anymore. Anyone who works for this company reading this, please get in contact with me.

I live at a KMG residence and management won't do anything about excessive dog barking in my neighborhood.

I thought the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as they showed me around the complex. They responded quickly to my calls and email requests. Would highly recommend!

I have worked at KMG since 2017 and immediately felt welcomed with open arms and a "family" feeling. Over the past few years I have continued to feel supported and encouraged from those on my team. There is always someone to offer a helping hand when needed, but you are also given the space to let your strengths shine. If you are looking for a company that is focused on doing the right thing, look no further!
