This company is hands down the WORST company I have ever dealt with. NO ONE communicates or gives information or ANYTHING. Literally better off trying to talk rocks into becoming bunnies. My father was a resident on one of their properties. He had me listed as person in charge of his estate. They told me they have no proof I am his son. I had a petition from the court, still refused to talk to me. I just want to settle the affairs of my father and literally NO ONE in the company will help. I have tried, I emailed all of their leadership and no reply. I have called their lawyers, regional managers, office etc, nothing. Such a joke. How does this company exist anymore. Anyone who works for this company reading this, please get in contact with me.
