Clean establishment and our representative was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional but we already knew Mr Ruben Ofray for about a year now and he transferred from Frederick in Lancaster Pennsylvania. Amazing friendly service at the Service Department from Mike and Jan. Traveling from Maine to Virginia hauling a backhoe behind my truck, we heard a squeaking sound from a rear wheel. It was 4:30 on a Friday so we called the closest Chevy dealer and feel lucky we did. Concerned we might get stranded by the road, we made it to Klick just before closing. They could tell we were in trouble, having had a long day, and were very attentive. The next morning (Saturday) at 9:30 Service Manager Scott had already checked out our vehicle and said because of the GM strike, he couldn't get the part needed to repair that day. Luckily we were able to have someone come pick us up and didn't have to stay for the weekend, but, as transient customers we were very impressed with the service and their speed and attention. Also, the place was spotless.

It was a long yet worthwhile experience. We had a few kinks to work out, but everyone there treated us with patience, kindness & respect. They went above & beyond to make sure everything worked out & we got the 2021 Trailblazer we were wanting. Greg Lewis did an amazing job. Thank you all so much!

Instead, here at Klick-Lewis, they listened to me, helped me find my dream Truck, and gave me a fantastic deal too!! What an amazing experience!! I suggest if you have bad credit go somewhere else first (I experienced this first hand - and will not shop anywhere else again!). They are the #1 competitor! Sales team is simply the best! As for the service team, not so great. They do the job right but the customer service is terrible. I go for the quality service and great deals; if it wasn't for that I'd definitely go somewhere else - for maintenance, etc. It seems most chevy dealers have horrible service reps, (at least all the ones I went to did). Or maybe that's mostly just all service reps. :/

Highly recommend Klick Lewis for a great car buying experience. We were very happy with buying our new truck there. Everyone was very friendly and professional. No pressure, great price! Your response below is lies. You DID get reimbursed from our Ford warranty. You did the work, and we did not pay you except for our $100 deductable. Maybe you should check into the situation better before responding with lies.
If that was standard practice then when we brought the car in and said we had the warranty we should have been told upfront that you would not go through the warranty company and we could take our car elsewhere. Instead, you took our car in, said it was covered with the warranty then lied about how the warranty worked. Ford paid you, we did not!
This still does not excuse Scott's behavior. Some of these reviews I've read have the same sentiments toward Scott as we have. He is a poor excuse of a manager and you are a poor excuse of a company to respond with lies.

Klick Lewis is a Chevrolet and Buick Dealership and we are unable to directly process warranty claims from other dealership warranty products, such as your Ford Protection Premium Care. Even though your repairs were covered by your warranty Klick Lewis does not have any means for getting reimbursed for the repairs. This is the reason you were asked to pay for the repairs upfront and you could then submit the paperwork to your warranty company for reimbursement. This is a standard practice. Scott was willing to provide any documentation required by your warranty company to ensure you would be reimbursed for the repairs but as with most businesses we require payment for services rendered. We are sorry if communication to you seemed strong, however, it was not possible for Scott to release your vehicle until payment was received. If you are unhappy with how your warranty was processed this is a conversation you should have with your warranty company. If you are still having any difficulty getting reimbursed by your warranty company please call Scott or Michael and they will provide your warranty company with any documentation required.

Good day All,
I would like to thank my point person Mr. Ian McKenna for his effort and energy. It began as I was identifying a vehicle through the website and eventually purchasing a vehicle in my time of need (wife told me too) from the Klick Lewis Chevrolet and Buick dealership located in Palmyra, Pa. I like the vehicle but what really helped me was the dealership having real people. Yes the purpose is to sell a vehicle but for me it was also to get to know the person that was convincing me to purchase. I was looking for genuine humanity during that small window of time. Those that know what I do know why so I can fill my cup. Mr. McKenna was larger than life, he was who he was and that allowed me to be who I am. Oh and his support team was on point as well. Positive shout to the secretaries, the sales persons/dealership, the detailers.....my view of them will last longer than the vehicle and that is a good thing.
Consider KLCB and Keep Living Clean and Beautiful..drive carefully if I don't my wife will get me lol.

After purchasing a used car, I had some issues with it on the way home and lost sleep that night worrying about the purchase I just made.

Called first thing on Saturday morning and - without hesitation - my Salesman said to bring it right down.

Both he and Patrick Lewis were very caring and helpful and made sure all was right with the vehicle that day and assured me to let them know if I had any other issues.

What a great way to turn a situation around. It shows they truly do care about the relationships they build. And I lost sleep for nothing that night.

I was in need of a good reliable vehicle. I found what I was looking for and more. Bo Setlock was very helpful with my purchase. The whole crew that was there seemed pretty cool and were very courteous. If I need to get another vehicle at some point I d definitely go back there.

I had quick and efficient service from Scott. The whole experience was as painless as possible when your car mysteriously stops working. I am happy to say my Spark was quickly back on the road in perfect condition.

Experience was incredible. Pat Lewis personally went out of his way to work on helping us afford the vehicle we wanted. I'm born and raised loving Ford's and my experience with GM products is very slim. That person who posted about never doing chevy again and it was a horrible experience was probably a lazy ass who didn't take advantage of the warranty. Their service bay is super fast. I've never had to wait longer than I needed to get my car serviced.

I was referred to Keith at Klick Lewis since I didn t have the greatest credit and not much of a down payment. But Keith worked until he found something, he wasn t letting me walk out without finding a solution for me. He responded to all forms of communications quickly, even on a Friday night during his own personal time. He explained things thoroughly and made me a priority. He made my overall experience much less stressful than I anticipated and I walked out with keys to my new (to me) car.

This was our first time buying experience from Klick Lewis and we would recommend them to anyone. We worked with Jim, Bo and Patrick and they were very accommodating to get us into what we wanted.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHEVY HERE, or any car here for that matter! If I could give zero stars, I would. I only took my car to this dealership because the catalytic converter needed replaced in my Chevy Equinox and was covered under warranty. However, apparently "everything under the hood was too close together because Chevy made it too small" per the service associate, so the only way to access my catalytic converter and a broken bolt ( which was not broken when I took my car to my trusted mechanic the day before) was to remove half of my engine.
What should have been a repair covered 100% under factory warranty turned into a $1,500 labor and parts repair. This is a Chevrolet dealership (same manufacturer of my vehicle), and they shouldn't charge me for their inconvenience of accessing the engine compartment that is their engineering.
To add to the terrible experience, my customer service experience was a joke and unorganized. Alex, the service advisor assigned to my account, was out for a few days on jury duty. Every time I called the dealership for an update I was told no one else had any information on my car because he was the only one who had access. Doesn't the dealership use the same computer system throughout the service department? Shouldn't any service associate be able to look up a customer account to know the status of a client's vehicle and see notes made by mechanics/service advisors? If you won't be in the office for a few days shouldn't another associate fill in and be able to update me on the status and details of a repair?
Finally, after 2 weeks of playing phone tag with my service advisor and when I discovered the price of my final bill that was SUPPOSED to be free, I was informed "don't worry we won't charge you for the loaner car" (which my service advisor went out of his way to offer me at the beginning of this mess and never once mentioned a fee for using a loaner car).
I will never take my car or my business to Klick Lewis again, and I tell everyone I know never to take their vehicle or business here. I don't ever plan on buying a Chevy again because of this mess.
I have had much better experiences at Faulkner Chevy in Lancaster.

My purchase of the 2011 was illegal by Keith Stainbrook who would not disclose numbers of trade, APR, or amount financed. he said that the Theft protection MUST be purchased with GAP to get the lower rate. THIS WAS UNFAIR ILLEGAL PRACTICE. The following business day I spoke to the bank that financed me and they said that the salesperson was dishonest that they never do business that way. I contacted Keith that following day by text message and told him how he made us feel during the transaction and how he was caught lying about the entire deal and all he could text back to me was"sorry" . I wanted to purchase a different vehicle the day of my deal and Keith was mad to say the least. He said that my bank wouldnt finance something that was not chevy, he again lied. Your dealership will get itself in hot water with this salesman. I know he has worked there many years as we did business there with Keith prior and had no issues. I owe 18,000 on a 2011 equinox because of my poor judgment of character , lack of questions and lack of information from the salesperson Keith. I am not happy with him, and wanted to call the BBB My 1st service experience with the oil change was absolutely the opposite, Ben was very very wonderful , he got me in the bay immediately with little waiting time.Ben is excellent in the Service Dept, I recommend the service dept and possibly

Over the past two weeks I have examined dozens of websites and visited 8 dealerships in evaluating potential used vehicles for my niece and wife. I am an admitted car guy . In the past I have serviced cars, bought and sold cars. So I research, analyze and read extensively. It also gave me a chance to see how dealerships approach customers. Without hesitation I give Klick Lewis my highest recommendation. The dealership was clean, attractive and extremely well lit with plenty of glass. Both Bo and Jim Strohecker were extremely knowledgeable and low key. What I liked best, was there was no push to get me to what would it take to get me to buy today . They were both very patient and thoughtful. Job well done!

Brought my truck in because I noticed red oil puddles under it at two different parking spots on the same day. I got charged 1/2 hour labor for them to tell me they could not find a leak. I'm still finding oil spots under it and will be taking it to my regular mechanic. UPDATE: I guess I owe Klick Lewis an apology. My regular mechanic couldn't find the leak, either. So I added one star to my rating. Having said that, I'm still finding small oil spots/puddles under it. Always at the same location under the truck.
