Good staff here. Used to be a regular customer. Had some disagreements with operations here. Would not come back. If friends asked my experience I would not steer them away however. No hard feelings, just, in my opinion many other options out there.
I has a disk start slipping between my shoulder blades during rehearsal for an aerial, ballet and jazz performance. Could not turn my head to the right at all. Went to see Klein and the next day for dress rehearsal I had 50% movement back! Apparently his daughter dances as well or something. This guy really knows what the body needs. Fast convenient pleasant services well. I wanna go back to the island just to have him fix my back again.

I enjoy getting treatments at Klein. Dr. Kim is adept in sports therapy. He provides me relief for a back pain, as well as shoulder discomfort. I actively officiate baseball. With Dr. Kim's treatments, I am able to perform to my best. Thank you to Dr. Kim, and the friendly, helpful staff.
I have been going to Klein Chiropractic for several years (seeing Dr. Kim) and at 84 I credit those sessions to keeping me moving; had great difficulty walking when I started...I feel like each visit is a fine tuning of my body.

Unprofessional time-wasters!!! I was on-time for my appointment (five minutes early). I checked in at the desk and was told to wait. After 20 minutes I asked what time my appointment would actually start only to be told that "no rooms were available" and that they didn't even know I was waiting! I've got better things to do than take an afternoon off from work and endure bumper-to-bumper crosstown traffic for nothing!!
Dr. Kim keeps my back in shape! The staff are great. The rooms are clean. I highly recommend Klein Natural Health!

Just like most of the chiropractors in Hilo they are a joke I do not recommend Bob Klein I went in my neck was hurting when I left it was worse, the next day my fingers shoulder and arm was numb I had to go to a different chiropractor to get readjusted Bob Klein charge me $155
If he can't adjust you right the first time why bother to go back . A chiropractor named Jill in Hilo is very good but her office staff is very rude I won't go there either
Came in with a lot of pain, Dr Klein spent a total of 10 minutes each session, we did 3 sessions and spent over $400, no relief, no diagnosis,

They take care of all aspects of body work and naturopathic healing for modern diseases. Love this alternative to harsh prescription drugs.
I would recommend Klein Center to anyone. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the treatments really helped with my back pain.

I went in because I couldn t move my neck, I didn t know if it was muscle related or if I actually had hurt my neck. It was my first time going and Joyce (I think that s her name) was very helpful and really nice. Dr John asked a lot of questions and he explained because of my work, the muscles surrounding the neck bones are so tense that it started to pull at the bones. He made my first session seem like a breeze, I ve never had any adjustments done to my back or neck and it felt good and sore at the same time! Because of the pain in my neck I do have to go back a few times just to adjust and get everything aligned. Dr John even suggested things to help relax the muscles around the area too! Also the I ADORE the building, old plantation style home!!
Great sports massage with genuine, down to earth staff! My wife and I visited Klein on our honeymoon in Hawaii and were first attracted by the lower rates. But once we arrived, and met our therapists, they were so nice, easy going, and relaxing. In addition, they both did fantastic jobs at stretching out our muscles as well as providing a soothing massage. They even sent us home with home stretching recommendations and routines. I wish they were located back in Maryland!

Idk who tf else has misgivings w/ Klein but rest assured their reasons are separate from mines.
If you've got many patients that are more than satisfied, kudos. I doubt a couple of recent low-balling reviews will hinder ur business. Have a nice day.
Visited during a family reunion on the island but I wish I had waited for my return home for my regular chiropractic visits. I no doubt I'm more inflamned after this visit. It hasn't gone away making my problems worse.
