We have already become a loyal customer, considering that we have already rented six cars in different cities in Romania, the last one in Bucharest a few days ago. And here the staff was at the same height as the other locations of the company. Klass Wagen is a trustworthy company with perfect service, contracts without "small letters", everything on the face, everything clear, without unpleasant surprises and of course with very good prices and cars.

We had booked the car from Germany. Insurance etc was regulated through the mediation (usual online portal for rental cars, electricity, mobile phone ...).

The car then really on the agreed terms to get, took half an hour. Again and again we were given a "great offer". Again and again we had to say no. Finally, photos of avoidable accident wagons of rental were listed. With the engine of fear, they wanted to do business here.
After a really nerve-wracking discussion, many deny and no more desire, now in a foreign country, to drive with a strange car, we could finally go. We really did not feel good.

We did not rent a car abroad for the first time. But even in Albania, you are more professional.

When leaving everything ran smoothly. We returned the car without damage, bail was unblocked immediately.

But after the action at the beginning, we had expected everything now.

In the future we will save our nerves. Especially after a flight, when you have got up too early ... It really does not need that. The first day of vacation was really over - thanks to a very dubious-looking employee (but certainly not the only one who deducts this number there)

The shuttle bus was ready for us at the airport regardless of our delayed flight.
Procedure to pick up the car was reasonable for filling the paperwork and looking the car.
The office person pointed and marked all scratches , most of them I did not even spotted.
Very fare!
Payment - I did a good research and everything is as advertised. No surprises for me - not expensive, very competitive price for the car and options for different way to do insurance, or to skip at all but to leave deposit. Fare enough! All is written just some people do not like to read!
Returning the car-very fast, just about 10 minutes, no any evidence that the office person overlooking or trying to find unrealistic scratches or damages!
Will rent a car again from this guys! Excellent job exceeded my expectations!

My favorite car rental agency! In a few words, amazing experience altogether, brand new car and great team. It's the first review I'm writing (09/07/2019) although I've been using KlassWagen for years. I have decided to write a few lines as a sign of thanks for the professionalism of the employees, the impeccable cars and the pleasant, carefree experience that I have always had. KW is a company that meets Western standards in all respects, although it maintains affordable prices. As for the minuses, it is worth noting that it does not have subsidiaries in all the cities of the country. I want them to be present as soon as possible in as many areas as possible and to maintain the standards we have found at Otopeni headquarters.

After years of using your services I have decided to change suppliers. You don't care about returning customers and always try and pressure sell your overpriced insurance. If you're not making money please stop advertising silly prices.

Last time I picked up a non-roadworthy car with no brakes. Of course it was changed.

Upon returning you tried to charge me for pre existing damage. Got for me that I have taken detailed pictures before and your employees forgot to change the check out sheet.

You are always under staffed
Sending your check out sheet copy via email does not inspire confidence to the customer

If you don't improve your customer service you're rating will only go down.

This is our second time renting from this company. The first time we rented it, it was from their branch in Cluj. Since we made the reservation online, we were not really aware that you could have a full coverage insurance instead of the 1700 EUR deposit. We bought the full coverage when we got to their office...and how happy we were that we did! Unfortunately, while on the road, we had an incident where a good part of our car was damaged. I called them at 11 pm and they brought us another car at our location and it was all so hassle free and we could continue our trip without any stress. The second time we rented from them we initially made a booking to their branch in Sibiu. Since the flight was canceled, I asked them to move the reservation so we pick up the car in Bucharest, which they did. It was all very smooth, professional and on point. We picked up the car without any issues and returned it at their office, everyone in the office was really helpful, including the person who picked us up from the airport. He was very kind in waiting for all 7 of us and our luggage. At their office, the formalities took very little time and the lady dealing with our reservation asked her colleagues to start the car so it can be warm when we get in, which we thought it was very kind, considering that we had been traveling for many hours. All in all we were really happy with the experience both times and we will definitely go back to them.

I'm a return customer. What is great: Pickup/drop off service for free (not all rental companies do that), all setup is electronic (no paper use at all!), very fast (from the moment you arrived to the moment you have the key in your hand, ready to go), friendly and very polite staff (sometimes, after a bumpy flight you get moody... (sorry for that!) but they are still very friendly), Voucher - if you bring the car with more fuel, good cars, very good price (I didn't bother to check for other rental in the area for better deal).
What I didn't like: on the last car, the floor mat was not made for the car and moved all around the pedals. (small thing... and only happen to this car - Opel Astra).
Overall - Great Deal, Great Company, Great Staff - I hope you'll open one branch in Oradea also!

Useful, professional staff, but not all the contractual conditions are known from the beginning: deposit 1,700 euros (equivalent) or CASCO for the period, in my case 65 euros for 2 days. The cars are very good and clean.

What a soothing and pleasant change once our taxi pulled up to the Sibiu branch of your company. A friendly young man came to meet us, explained everything to us in detail and patiently answered our questions.
