This is my sixth time when I call on the company's closing services, I call with confidence every time I go to Romania. We rent the car from Bucharest Otopeni, booked directly on the site, sometimes by phone, and a few years ago whatsapp, there are plenty of possibilities for everyone, the office is not in the airport but either the pickup or the return is put their shuttle is easy to find and very fast in about 5 minutes to reach the destination. The most pleasant aspect is the staff, the drivers and the girls at the Reception or offices, all are respected and very professional young people. I have always opted to hire in the full insurance version without any warranty, although in Romania we are quite civilized I preferred to have a full silence at the wheel, in addition with a small difference in price you can have a new car, which I chose and I was not disappointed. Every time we have received a new, safe car and equipped with all the comfort needed for a non-caring holiday during the winter and summer. Clean, clean and safe machines! I recommend with confidence!

I arrived at this car hire after reading multiple reviews of competing brands offered at the Bucharest airport.
This was the one with the highest positive ratings, and the least criticism.
I must say in hindsight that I made the right choice.
The car fleet is rather large, the price slightly higher than the competitors is absolutely repaid by the courtesy of the staff, the clarity of the information given, and the flexibility offered (we asked to be able to bring the car back 2h after scheduled, and we were told to yes without further costs).
In short, for the OTP transport, definitely recommended!

Before booking, I read the opinions (the negative ones) and then spent half an hour carefully examining the car, which of course turned out to be completely exaggerated and unnecessary. In my opinion, like any other rental - they have their own "tricks" to encourage the purchase of additional insurance, but it does not stand out from others in this respect, I would even say that it was very calm and cultural - the only thing that made me smile was the statement that the blockade it will be on the 2 month card, but you have to try to convince the client somehow. I can recommend the refund immediately after returning the car.

Easy to rent and customer friendly. They didn't have the exact car I asked for, but I got a free upgrade to something better. Everything is new and functional and when they say the insurance covers everything, it really means EVERYTHING. All in all, good stuff.

Horrible horrible! Mafia Run AWAY! I don t know how they have so many good reviews! They have good prices online, they don t tell you that when you come in to pick up the car, you have two options either pay around 1200 euro for deposit from which when you return even for a tiny scratch they will deduct a minimum deduction of 600 euros! Or options 2 is pay around 300 Euros for insurance for 9 days which is almost triple than the car reservation itself, when we booked our car cost 120 euros for 9 days and they wanted us to pay additional 270 euros! Unbelievable!
I then told her that I will compare with other companies in town and that I will write her negative review! She said that she will not rent me the car at all! So they left me strangled in a city, with little kids at 9 pm at night! On top of that they refuse to return me the money! Beware! Read all the negative reviews! They are all true
