After years of using your services I have decided ...

After years of using your services I have decided to change suppliers. You don't care about returning customers and always try and pressure sell your overpriced insurance. If you're not making money please stop advertising silly prices.

Last time I picked up a non-roadworthy car with no brakes. Of course it was changed.

Upon returning you tried to charge me for pre existing damage. Got for me that I have taken detailed pictures before and your employees forgot to change the check out sheet.

You are always under staffed
Sending your check out sheet copy via email does not inspire confidence to the customer

If you don't improve your customer service you're rating will only go down.
