Fantastic concert in the Speelhuis with Daniel Lohues and Holland Baroque. The Speelhuis is a special location where such a concert really comes into its own! Also a nice place to have a drink beforehand and afterwards.

The playhouse is normally good. But went to Neil Diamond tonight, and the story before it started was advised not to clap. I thought I was a bit caught. And for the tickets of 21.50 a disappointment.

Everyone has to get used to going to the theater in a church. But the volunteers and others make it an experience. Super clean toilets and when the room turned out to be only half full, black velvet curtains had been hung very subtly halfway through the gallery. For me, it is not necessary to renovate much more .. let the theater merge with various locations. Nice!

Last night I was here for the first time. What a beautiful theater it is. Built around an old church where the room is in the church. Enough space to sit during the break or after the performance. After the show there were bottles of nuts on the tables and they came around once with snacks. We really enjoyed it and will pay attention to what theater plays are coming there. We will definitely be back.
Nice and big building. Very neat room and I think it is fantastic that you can still see the elements of the church (it is an old church). Staff works quickly and is helpful. Everything in perfect shape.

Beautiful ambiance. Unique location. The only downside is the wardrobe, stairs down and no lift for those with mobility problems.
