Went to this location and the staff was really rud...

Went to this location and the staff was really rude and unprofessional . Told me I didnt need a receipt to show that my box has been shipped. I stated yes i do need the receipt thats how i would prove my package was dropped here and checked in to be shipped. I run a business so I need all receipts and data to show my work . It amazing how they could tell you dont worry about something so important. Told them I dont care that you dont take your job seriously , but i take my very serious. Long story short, I had to demand they print me a receipt and stop playing games. WORST LOCATION !

I went in to get a 14x14x25 10lb plastic structure...

I went in to get a 14x14x25 10lb plastic structure packaged and shipped. Shipping these in the past has always been roughly $50, so that's what I expected. The lady told me it would be about 10 or 15 minutes to pack my structure. I left for 13 minutes, came back, and waited around for another 45 minutes while this lady wrapped my item over and over and over and over and over and over in bubble wrap. After her 45 minutes of bubble wrapping, she gets a 2ft x 2ft x 3ft box and fills the rest of the box with paper. She went from carrying my item by hand to sliding a massive box across the floor to the scale, and told me it would cost $186 to ship this oversized box that contained more bubblewrap than my item. After waiting 4 times longer than estimated, given a price almost 4 times higher than normal, and her adding a foot to every dimension with grossly excessive bubblewrap, I've decided to never again have FedEx Office pack my things for me. I understand that they get in trouble if their packing job still results in damage, but I've been a FedEx package handler for 3 years, I know the system, she was packing this thing to be sent to Mars. $186 for a 14x14x25 plastic structure is absurd.

None of these employees knows what customer service is I stood around for almost 25 minutes to get help with printing I had to ask for help multiple times, these employees deserve to work this dead end job forever because it s what they deserve

FedEx has some annoying policies... One is that yo...

FedEx has some annoying policies... One is that you can't ship a box wrapped in brown paper. They'll reject your package, because they're afraid the label will tare off. It happened to me about a month ago and I had to take the package home and re-package it into a box. The woman in front of me today wanted to argue about it, and finally pay $30 to let FedEx re-package her item for her.

The staff was polite, approached as soon as I entered the facility. While my partner was being helped, I strolled around the facility. Workstations are available for rental. Various office and package supplies are available for sale.

Great FedEx store always manage to have a quick an...

Great FedEx store always manage to have a quick and fast visit whether i go to make some copies or if im going to ship something. The prices are pretty good you don't have to worry about an expensive transaction and the staff will also find the cheapest way to send an item regardless of what it is they'll always check to see if it can fit in a smaller box so you don't have pay anything extra.

I had an urgent need for business cards on a Frida...

I had an urgent need for business cards on a Friday night. I called earlier in the day and they went out of their way to help me get them done on time. I appreciate they went the extra mile, and did not turn me away as they so easily could have done. I applaud the staff here, and congratulate them. I give them my highest recommendation!

Horrible experience the staff is rude and they didn t even know what COD stood for? Than I asked the representative to get the manAger and his name was James and he had no idea what I was talking about. I HAD TO EXPLAIN TO HIM AS A CUSTOMER WHAT COD MEANS (Collect on delivery).

I have come here to ship packages and also have had posters printed. Both visits went great I highly recommend using them for poster printing if you need. I had my wedding seating chart printed here.

It s 9:36 am and they are closed. On the phone with Corp and they can t even tell me why they are closed. I m guessing they all went to celebrate pre July 4th. It s not the 4th yet I don t get it. #inresponsible

Not much to say since I just dropped a package off...

Not much to say since I just dropped a package off for shipping. They staff there was friendly and quick, took my package and handed me a receipt. I was off in record time. So they are efficient.

It's in a nice area that didn't appear to get tons of traffic on the weekend, the parking area at around is a good size and parking should not be an issue.

They have packing, copying and shipping services available...and even a bathroom for their patrons.

The entire staff team at this location are EXTREME...

The entire staff team at this location are EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! On Wednesday, August 5, 2015 from 6:00pm to 7:15pm I was trying to make copies of 10 documents. A associate named LANCE tried to help with the self serves printers, which they were not working properly. I went forward and sent my documents by email, to be printed. LANCE become EXTREMELY unprofessional! Raising his voice stating WHY ARE YOU SENDING SO MANY EMAILS!!! Worst customer service experience I have ever had to deal with!!!!

FedEx Office is hit/miss - all depends on the staf...

FedEx Office is hit/miss - all depends on the staff. This store is fantastic. I sent an emergency order in. The job was done ahead of the requested time. And Kelley went out of her way to change one of my files so as to improve the print quality. Who does that!? Kelley, you are a lifesaver. I highly recommend this store

Worst customer service (Fedex Hauppauge Motor pkwy...

Worst customer service (Fedex Hauppauge Motor pkwy location) , the assistant manager thinks that she s all that and speaks to you with an attitude and was super rude when all I did was ask a question as nice as possible . Asked for a manager and once called she lied about what she did as im in front of her ... the GM helped me and was nice , only reason im giving it a one star. SMH! I ve been coming here for a long time but I recommend to go to a different location!
