They need to stop taking street parking spots for their own use ....
As it is there's no parking..
And they think they own the street on our residential block...

My first time owning a Nissan and I expected more in depth service such as checking a complaint of noise under the hood when I take my foot of the brake and hear a clunk and hesitation when accelerating for a stop and last but not least no paper mat when vehicle was done ( not big concern but is common at lesser known service organizations the staff was ok but seemed dismissive

Poor customer service and it was via phone tgat i spoke Rohan and another gentleman in the Service Department. Rohan never called me back sunce Friday and Monday when i called, he was not in for the day. The other gentleman didnt want to take time to find out the information either for me to have an oil change done for my Range Rover that i purchased at another Nissan. Nobody wants to take the time to help the customer and find out the information needed to get things done. I have an expensive Prepaid Maintenance Agreement that i bought with Nissan and cant get to use it. All i wanted was an oil change. I will never buy from Nissan again.

UPDATE 10/13

During the past week we needed both my car (leases) and my daughter's car (purchased pre-owned) needed to be inspected and I never considered going anywhere but Kings Nissan! Everything was done and necessary repairs were taken care of at a reasonable price!
Thank you for continued 5 service!
I will continue to recommend Kings Nissan to friends and family!

06/27/2019 UPDATE!!!!!
I needed some body work done on my current lease after it was damaged. I took it in to Kings Nissan and spoke with Alex who guided us through the process of working with our Insurance Company. Everything was SEAMLESS!!!!! My car was repaired and looks fantastic! Alex and Nani made the process as easy and stress free as possible! They continue to earn 5 stars and my respect!

I continue to use Kings Nissan for 20+ years and recommend them to everyone looking to buy or lease a quality car. The service is great and the staff is friendly.

Went back to Kings Nissan for service for my car as well ad my daughter's car and, as always, the service was great and Nani really made us feel valued as a customer!

I will continue to recommend Kings Nissan at every opportunity!

I came here as the lease for my current Nissan was ending. I scheduled the Lease Return procedure with them over the phone. When I came in on 11/11/2014 I was told that the "NEW YORK NISSAN LOT" is full and that I will have to return my car somewhere else. This is such a Rude attitude towards the customers. Today I'm finding out that my neighbor had the same issue with them a month ago when he was returning his Nissan Maxima. They told him to go to another place for a lease return.
This made me write this review, so that everyone learns from my experience too.

Went here recently to service my car and had a pair of expensive sunglasses stolen out of my car. When inquiring a manager about what can be done he said he would look at the cameras and didn't get back to me. Bottom line was that there was nothing else he could do. Don't leave valuables in the car because they just might take it and say too bad.

People are always nervous about spending more at a dealership, but realistically I'm spending more so I won't half to come back in a hurry unless SOMETHING major. My experience was great , price was very reasonable and affordable. Compared to my past ownership of 2 other vehicles and going to different mechanics, NISSAN is very trustworthy and has now become my ONLY mechanic shop!!!!!

Vinny and his crew are good people and very professional.

The free car hand wash was nice but WAY too much wax, it got into some areas that was hard to get out. It was rather noticable with that dried up blue.

My side badges weren't put on but no fault to their own. The dealership forgot to order them and that's the last thing the body shop does after the truck is washed.

It took Kings Nissan a couple hours to fix a problem Teddy Nissan (Bronx) couldn't in 2 yrs. They kept blaming rats and it costed me lots of money. I heard them telling another customers rats damaged their car. Hmm, So glad I went to Kings Nissan and wish I went sooner. Would had saved me money and headaches. Turned out it was a missing bolt. No more error messages and no more noise and no more rat problems

Terry is the best! I just entered my 8th consecutive lease with Nissan. I came to see Terry on a Monday morning because my lease was expiring next month and I drove away in a brand new car by Tuesday afternoon (with a good deal, too!) It couldn't have been easier.

Worst experience we ever had. They mixed up everything. They transferred license plate from our current car to a new car without our approval and now we have to pay double price and register our 7 years old car again. What a nightmare. I call the office many times and nobody knows anything, people promised to call me back and no one called back. Very unprofessional and we never buy anything from them in the future. I do not recommend this office, go somewhere else.
Nissan wants to blame on the customers. WE never ever requested a license plate transfer from our existing car that we use every day. When we talk to sales representative we let him know that we bought a car 6 years ago from the same dealership and he asked for a car registration to look up our information. We never told him we want to transfer plates. We need a second car that was a reason why we leased a car that day. Today is September 29 and we still cannot use our old car. I was told we have to wait another week. You gave us nightmare, ypur service is awful and people working there is unprofessional and dont care.

They can't do any better!!! :-) We didn't have an appointment but we didn't have to wait. We have never had a bad experience with the service here. Everyone is so nice and very professional. The work is always done right and they are very honest about what needs to be done.

When I came to service office the representative told me that I did not have an appointment.But I made an appointment over phone couple days before at 1:30 pm as a the person by phone told me that this is last appointment which he can set up to me. So, I was extremely disappointed because I came from Pocano in that particularly time and day. Fortunately, it was ended well.Another representative gave me opportunity to take the the inspection for my car. After that everything was OK.

I brought my 2017 Murano in with Transmission problems. Reluctent to leave my car due to the fact I was outside of the warranty and would have to pay out of pocket. I dealt with Nani who was an absolute pleasure. Professional, Polite, Patient, and umderstanding. Got my car back in 4 days and was referred to Enterprise right up the street which gave me $35 day rate for dealing with Nissan. Nani made a bad situation feel much better and thats saying alot.

I really hate the cat and mouse chase and dealerships. Why waste my time and their own? Just settle it and stop playing games. Tired, sick and worn out isn't going to change my mind. After several visits here and putting my foot literally down Nick's ( one of the managers-but it feels they are all managers!!) I ordered a car. He didn't even know the options. This is a salesman when a client knows more about a car!!
Ugh...this shouldn't be frustrating and their is no reason to lie to a potential client.
Perhaps they like an early heart attack? Why does it have to be a headache? Don't they want to sell a car- stop the bargaining and WORK at making the customer happy not regret the deal every time they sit in the driver's seat.

I recently had work done on my car at Kings Nissan. While , I don't like having problems with my car, I do like and appreciate the service advisors , the office staff and the mechanics at Kings. They do a great job and the work is always satisfactory. They will fit you in for an emergency.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My husband financed a car with them and when taking his car home his car started to make some weird noise. WE WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING WAS DONE TO THE CAR. WE WANTED TO VOID THE FINANCE AND JUST RETURN THE CAR. THEY GAVE US SUCH A PROBLEM AND TO TOP IT OFF HE PICKED UP THE CAR 2/5/20 AND PAPERWORK WAS DATED 1/31/20. SO PAPERWORK WAS FRAUD BY DAVE IVNITSKY WHOM WORKS THERE. WE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HELPING THE CUSTOMER IS OF ABSOLUTE NO VALUE AT THAT DEALERSHIP. I gave in my car to be fixed for a service air bag light that was on they claimed they fixed it and it will go away it still didn't now they want the car again for a day just to scan it in the computer not accommodating at all.

I was looking to lease a Nissan Rogue for under$300 a month and $0 down. Before leasing from Kings Nissan I shopped around. Nobody could give me a better price then Nick Scalici. He also gave me a lot of recommendations and patiently answered my questions. I am very happy with my choice!

Arrived and was greeted by Atnan Guze. We go back to 1998, my first Nissan. Had regular maintenance done, oil and filter, rotated tires, air filter and cabin filter. Also needed an Inspection. Vehicle was ready when promised, even early, paid my bill and left happy and satisfied with the work done. Atnan is the best!

I absolutely LOVE Kings Nissan! I have leased at least 6 cars through them and I have worked with Terry Matarese for almost all of them. The level of customer service is outstanding. Terry listens to my husband and I, makes informed suggestions and helps us get into a vehicle that will make us happy and fit our needs. This time she got us into a 2018 Rogue with more bells and whistles for a little less money each month than our last lease! Yay!
Terry is the beginning of great customer service but certainly not the end! Cars need maintenance and repairs and I only go to Kings Nissan to take care of my car needs. Nani greets us by name, even when I show up unannounced and schedules appointments around our crazy schedule. Of course, great service, attention and attitude start at the top...Sal and Alex are the best! True gentlemen who are respectful and care about their customers. I have recommended Kings Nissan and I will gladly continue to do so!

In 2010, I needed to quickly replace my car which had broke down and was beyond repair. I was to drive out of town to attend a business convention in 10 days. Terry Matarese went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me the lease and the vehicle I wanted. All I had to do was sign (and pay) for the 2010 Nissan Sentra, and i was off to my convention with out missing any of it. Ms. Matarese contacted me this year to see how I was doing with the Sentra and if she could be of any assistance. I was extremely satisfied the Kings Nissan's service over the past 3 years, and asked when I could trade in my Sentra for a newer model. Without a moments hesitation, she checked the system and told me that at I could come to the showroom and look at the 2013 models. This time I wasn't in a rush to get a new car. So I came down to the showroom, where she patiently indulged my car shopping, running the numbers for several vehicles. She patiently and diligently explained all the facets of the two cars I had narrowed down. The 2013 Sentra and 2013 Rogue. She did all the paperwork including getting me my own lease without a co-signer. My Rogue was ready and waiting for me at the agreed time; just needing me to sign the final papers (returning the Sentra and picking up the Rogue). She even took my picture.

I do not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership. Very unprofessional. I did a financial application on line, that was recommended by Lisa,. When I completed the application, I called Lisa., to tell her I completed the application. I spoke to Lisa on the phone , she kept me on hold, and never came back to the phone. When I called right back, Niki told me, Lisa left for the day. . I called back the next day and spoke to Niki, who told me she received my application and a sales person will reach out to me in 20 minutes. 3 days later no calls. Very unprofessional establishment.

Service engine soon light came on, so I took my maxima in to have it check, it cause me $1392 to fix the problem. I didn't have the car back for 2 hrs when the light came back on. I called them to let them know, that's when he started asking me stupid questions like if it took my car on the street for service, I shock my head and when on to tell him that my car ave never been service by any one but nissan. Be aware.

Went in to get a quote and test drive a Pathfinder, but was utterly disappointed with their customer service and sales representative. Mike was extremely rude and unprofessional. He showed me the car, which I liked, but when I asked to test drive it, he told me we should discuss the price first. Upon discussion of the price, which was well above other quotes that I have been given, I again asked to test drive the car and he continued to refuse to allow me to test drive the car saying "we don't have dealer plates and people don't test drive cars in Brooklyn". What kind of dealership tries to sell you a car and does not let you test drive it first? I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Their prices are terrible and customer service is just as bad.
