Make prices for the low class economy and not the high class economy, just saying....

They provide telephone and internet services, the workers are considered efficient, and friendly. Right now they are upgrading to 4G services.

Absolute horrid experience with Telnet. As a student that studies online, I been calling for the past 5 weeks complaining about the fact that I don't have internet at home, no one even bothers to pass by and check the issue. UTS is better to deal with. Don't bother with Telnet, customer service doesn't exist here.

Long lines however service is good. It could be a little faster though

Telecommunication network provider. They offer land line phones, internet and cable tv services. Also pre and post paid cellular phones. Rates are reasonable. I may have missed something.

Always long waiting line for the most simple services....why why. Just organize.... Even a top up goes faster in chinees store then at the headoffice of telem themselves....????

This has been a worste ever company i have went to when it concerns internet. They never pick up the line and when they do, they would say they will send a technician to come and check it. Either the technician doesn't come, or when he comes he fixes the problem for probably 2 days and it goes right back to same problem again. This is unacceptable. We pay so much money for so little internet. And they can barely keep it stable. Caribserve was better than this.

Telcell have the means and the ways to be the best but all they are concern is how to take people's money for the worst service possible

Strange....I didn't know that your prepaid credit can expire. My phone had credit and all of a sudden I got a message saying that my balance was zero...customer service said that I need to recharge with ten or twenty dollars..since my credit expired...what a service..

My husband submitted an application of our landline connection transfer, its almost a month but nobody even bother to come by us.. He have been calling them every day, personally going by them for the work to be done but they keep on delaying the process with stupid excuses and never ending procedure.. My experience with telem is bad.. Won't recommend to anyone.. Really disappointed..

Very customer unfriendly and bad services. The people are nice about it but it's still a bad service. High prices too and the mobile service is very unstable, unreliable and inconsistent. Been waiting 5 weeks for residential service now...

When u want more stress problems....check telcell. Its guaranteed to give you more. 5,4,3 and 2 star raters are LIARS. there should be a half star self. No disrespect but telcell needs to step up.

Took one and half hours just to pay. Charged Fls 25 as reconnection fees. When the net is not working for few days, they dont give credit but are ready to pull the plug the moment the expiry day is gone. Time for govt. to wake up.

If you are looking for good internet service do not go with Telnet, you would be making a big mistake. The service constantly drops making it near impossible to get any work done. Ive called and emailed complaing about tangled wires which need to be organized and nothing has been done to resolve the problem. There seems to be a problem in communication between staff, technicians and customers that management should look into. I am so fustrated with your service as a company that I took the time to write my very first review of a company. Thanks for nothing
