They sell a 3 part system for torn knee cartilage (meniscus) that is supposed to "HEAL" your knee, and IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!! My wife works for AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON, and the meniscus HAS NO BLOOD SUPPLY (arteries, veins, and capillaries) therefore, it is PHYSIOLOGICLY IMPOSSIBLE for it to HEAL ITSELF! It requires surgery to remove the torn flap, otherwise you knee will completely give out at random, due to the torn cartilage obstructing the joint!
