Clean but incrediblely overpriced. I have never heard of someone charging 15.99 for a burger and fries.

It is very great for big families. It is for all ages.
Its a good place to go, i feel like they could have like 2 more big rollercoasters, water park is fun but again there lacking in different styles of water rides
I like this place because the roller coaster are good and the kickass Halloween Haunt they do during Oct each year.
When I lived in va went every year. Havent been in 8 years until today and it's still such a great park
Had to mention how great the staff was in caring for my teenage daughter. She mightve had heat stroke to much sun and not enough water and they took her in to their nursing station too such great care of her I don't know the names of who was on staff today but thank you so much
Fun, but wait times for big rides is far too long 1.5 - 2 hours
IMHO, Its always crowded, loooongggg lines for everything, for the bathrooms, to rides, to concessions, to...
It kinda takes the fun out of it
The park is very clean, service is awesome and great rides
Great place had a good time with the family getting ready to do Halloween Haunt
Horrible place full of long lines over priced food, All my stuff was stolen when I was there, strandarded with small children with no solutions. The teens who work the lines conspire with friends who have season passes helping them steal from Other while they are on rides. It s a mess an overpriced disaster.
It was actually raining off and on while we were there but we still had an amazing time. All the staff was super friendly, the prices on food and souvenirs was decently priced and they even have lil everyday items you might need.. AND they have a Starbucks!! LOL! They have rides for every age group, which is cool if you have small children, the rollercoasters are the bomb diggity and now they even have a water park inside the park. We will definitely be returning..!! Hope this helps
I Love Kings Dominion
It's perfect
I always enjoy Cedar Fair parks and this one is no exception. Very good coasters, I especially like Racer 75, Flight of Fear, and Intimidator 305. Food is good. I especially like the mac and cheese bar in Candy Apple Grove.
Took my granddaughter and her BFF. They had a grand time. It is expensive to go here. Between admittance, fast pass and food- $156.00 EACH. I don't know how families afford to go here. It is looking a little dumpy. I stayed at the Lazy River (or whatever it is called). Wave pool is overly crowded. Best day to go is Wednesday. Get there by 1 or 2pm and enjoy the rest of the day.
Great place but please make sure u bring eno money... food n drinks are $$$
Not a fan of Winterfest or Kings Dominion. Grossly overpriced for substandard entertainment. It starts with being robbed for $20 parking.
Lights were great. Ride lines were long. 1.5 hour wait was typical.
Loved this park as a kid, and it's still fun now with my own kids. This summer's new ride twisted timbers is amazing! So smooth and fast, feels like you're really in a tornado. We rode 3 times! Try the park on a late summer Sunday as school starts back up - no lines! The best rides in the park were running empty seats on every car. My boys were in heaven.
Regarding the roller coasters, it's one of the best theme parks in Virginia. You won't regret coming here. The rides are well maintained.
Was not informed that the kids area was closed early on Sat and sun..:( extremely disappointing for the four-year-old twins!
Clean and fun. Rides for everyone of all ages. Loved the mega coaster, the intimidator and the dominator is my favorite!
Love the rides but the cost of everything is a arm and a leg I got a slice of pizza and a drink for 22$ that's crazy
Great family fun.
Worlds better than 6Flags America
We were on our way to a different Theme Park, when we passed a sign for Kings Dominion. Thought we would give it a try. Wished we had kept driving.
They have fun rides -- that isn't the issue -- the staff is the issue.
Most of the staff act as though they want to be anywhere else but at that place. When we asked questions, most staff deferred to the color of their shirt, explaining they didn't know because they "were only a blue shirt, and not a manager."
If you are used to good theme parks like Disney, where the attractions are run efficiently, this park will disappoint you. Loading and unloading rides is painfully slow and inefficient. Staff walk to each car dragging their feet. We were there on a Tuesday -- low crowds -- and it still took forever to get on rides that had no line.
We ate at the Chick-fil-A on site. Not your normal, good CFA experience. Not even close. The CFA corporation would be ashamed at how this place is ran. From dirty tables to the lack of napkins and stocked condiments, it felt more like a run-down McDonalds than a Chick-fil-A.
We had already paid a lot of money to get in the park, or I would have left. We did the best to make the most of the day. Often, other park patrons would roll their eyes with us when they noticed the same things about the staff as we did. It was clear we weren't alone in our observations.
Avoid.
Go to Carowinds, Busch Gardens, or if you can, Disney. This park will leave you disappointed.
My experience was great!!! I totally loved it the food, The attractions, and the service was great.
