Went in for an endoscopy to determine the necessity of needing a surgical procedure and everyone was over the top nice and willing to do whatever to make the process smooth and as comfortable as possible. I've been in many different facilities and this one was by far the best. I will be having surgery very soon with them and I'm confident it will be a good experience just like this one. I travel about 2 hours one way to use this facility and doctor but it has shown to be well worth the drive.

The ER nursing staff would not give my grandma a cover when she was visibly shaking from being so cold. When I asked them for a cover and went back to my grandmas room I could hear them talking badly about my grandma because she wanted a cover. Then they wouldn t come in the room to look at her monitor they d glance through the window then go about there business not even bothering to come in and check to see why her monitor was beeping. Overall they are a less than competent staff I would recommend going anywhere else if you at least want decent human beings as your nursing staff

My husbands blood sugar was out the roof and he was passed out in the wheelchair what do they say he s breathing he will be fine are you kidding me! We got him an ambulance to another hospital in North Vernon and he had methanol poisoning! I wouldn t take a dying squirrel to this hospital they should all be ashamed of themselves!

I recently had a colonoscopy and the entire staff were AMAZING. I was super nervous about it, but they done everything they could to help me. Super nice nurses!!!

Had a great experience with kdh and staff yesterday. Very caring people.

My visit to this hospital was very impressive. I went in for a yearly routine procedure and was very well accommodated. The people in this hospital are very personable. My husband and I will continue to use this wonderful hospital.

The absolute slowest ER I have ever seen. Would not recommend if you have ANY other option. If you don't, I hope they decide you're actually an emergency. My daughter having congestion, vomiting, and a fever didn't count as one. There was another child in the waiting room at the same time who had a head laceration that was still actively bleeding and started vomiting as well. He didn't get taken back until his caregiver went off on them for not taking it seriously. We hoped the delays were due to being short staffed but we were told they were fully staffed, they were just overwhelmed. Once we were in a room for over an hour, a nurse brought a popsicle for my little. Another hour later, with no more interaction with us from staff, she was exhausted and just wanted to go home. So home we are and we'll be going to an urgent care or a different hospital instead from now on. Save your time, stress, and money. Go elsewhere.

Wow, this would be a great place to start a hospital Good luck with ER emergencies. If you want to get seen in a decent amount of time you might want to come in an ambulance.

Dr. Eckert & the Ladies in this Department are Amazing. They take such good care of their Patients from the beginning to the completion of your Procedure. Thank you all so much. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
