The ER nursing staff would not give my grandma a cover when she was visibly shaking from being so cold. When I asked them for a cover and went back to my grandmas room I could hear them talking badly about my grandma because she wanted a cover. Then they wouldn t come in the room to look at her monitor they d glance through the window then go about there business not even bothering to come in and check to see why her monitor was beeping. Overall they are a less than competent staff I would recommend going anywhere else if you at least want decent human beings as your nursing staff
