The decision of the Saudi Council of Ministers was issued on 6 Rajab 1403H approving the establishment of King Fahd Marine College. Upon completion of the preparation and preparation, the Minister of Defense and Aviation Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, ordered him to start the study in the college from the academic year 1405 1406 AH, to play its vital role in completing the building of the Navy, and since then the college receives the appropriate number of holders Secondary certificate (scientific section), and a suitable number of university graduates according to the required specialties each year. The College is led by Brigadier General Mohammed bin Zaid Al Otaibi. The College trains and rehabilitates them scientifically, practically, militarily and in uniform, and subsequently graduates naval officers who are highly qualified to perform their maritime duties. The College is also part of its annual payments, a number of students of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and students of some Arab and Islamic friendly countries.

King Fahd Marine College is a military school of naval forces founded in Rajab 1403, corresponding to 19 April 1983 in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The College aims at graduating officers who are able to perform the work required of them to the fullest extent, whether in the naval forces, border guards or in the forces of any country where they are trained and taught on discipline and behavior, security and safety, leadership and management, fitness, preparedness and readiness, And knowledge. One of the most important requirements of the college is that the applicant must be a Saudi national, a graduate of the current year, and pass the required medical examinations. The duration of the study is approximately 3 years depending on the level of the student.
