The decision of the Saudi Council of Ministers was issued on 6 Rajab 1403H approving the establishment of King Fahd Marine College. The College is led by Brigadier General Mohammed bin Zaid Al Otaibi. The College trains and rehabilitates them scientifically, practically, militarily and in uniform, and subsequently graduates naval officers who are highly qualified to perform their maritime duties. The College is also part of its annual payments, a number of students of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and students of some Arab and Islamic friendly countries.
