The decision of the Saudi Council of Ministers was issued on 6 Rajab 1403H approving the establishment of King Fahd Marine College. Upon completion of the preparation and preparation, the Minister of Defense and Aviation Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, ordered him to start the study in the college from the academic year 1405 1406 AH, to play its vital role in completing the building of the Navy, and since then the college receives the appropriate number of holders Secondary certificate (scientific section), and a suitable number of university graduates according to the required specialties each year. The College is led by Brigadier General Mohammed bin Zaid Al Otaibi. The College trains and rehabilitates them scientifically, practically, militarily and in uniform, and subsequently graduates naval officers who are highly qualified to perform their maritime duties. The College is also part of its annual payments, a number of students of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and students of some Arab and Islamic friendly countries.
