Great for children, big disadvantage is the sweat smell.

Celebrating the children's birthday here for the 2nd time already! !!! Mega fun for the children and nothing to tidy up or clean at home. Cake and drinks included. A few more chips / hamburger cut on the spot and they even put the cake in the fridge until we needed it! !!

The kids did like it, but it was old and it seemed like there were leaks as there were multiple wet spots.

Very nice with the kids, but we were there today and then several things were not open, such as the roller coaster (train), the rocket, and that tower that goes up. Normally everything is always open. This was disappointing, we do pay the total price, then everything must be open.

Play Area in order, but rest old and dirty. Stick to the table with your arms.

Staff and boss do not pay attention to safety-related things. People may block the emergency exits and paths with tables and chairs.
Comment, nothing has ever happened.
I have no idea what the rules for escape plans or rescue doors in the Netherlands are, but apparently Duisburg is no longer a term here.

Biggest indoor play area I've ever been in. Kids loved it. You don't pay for any additional stuff once you're inside and you can even take your own food

Great for the little ones. Unfortunately, a bit expensive and very few staff who are really knowledgeable. But otherwise recommend.

A children's play area completely covered .. Comparable to other indoor spaces with great attention to detail and also quite clean.
It is very spacious - with smaller children who need supervision, please come with enough adults, otherwise it will be extremely stressful and you will tear off kilometers, -)

Very nice playground, but not all attractions are open every day, which is sometimes disappointing. The food to be obtained is a bit on the austere side, but of course you do not go there for the extensive restaurant menu. It is the intention that children can have fun and that always works

Beautiful amusement park indoors. We pay only the entrance and to eat. Price on the spot: 9eur / pers. Promotional price on groupon: 7eur / pers. Children under 2 years free. Parking: 1.50eur or token. The food is good. Most cost only one token (1 = 1.50eur or 7 = 10eur). Possibility of buying tokens at the cash register at the entrance (with payment by card) or near the food / drink stands (with cash only). The picnic is accepted!
Only downside: the toilets were disgusting and slippery because of disrespectful people (adults and children).

A great experience for young and old. Bouncy cushions, trampolines, carousels, wild water slide, roller coaster, car scooter for all ages, climbing park and completely NEW - The Free Fall. A great offer and a really great day. Really recommended. Again any time.

Too few staff at the attractions. Children fall off the horse mill and nobody sees this .. Mama's and daddy let their children roam free on their own which sometimes caused dangerous scenes, we thought

Extra covered amusement park for family outings. Children of all ages will have fun but I recommend it to parents of children between 3 and 12 years old. Entrance 9 with possibility of finding cheaper with Groupon.

What fun the children have had! They could not be taken home. Supervision is good, it is clean and the special thing about Kinderstad Heerlen is that you can bring your own food and drinks. We had a great day!

For young and old a pleasure. We will be there more often.

Great indoor playground just behind the German border in Heerlen.

Too bad that the parents also have to pay entrance fee. I am therefore more inclined to move to Belgium than to go to Heerlen for this. Understand that the money has to come from somewhere, but a nice bar with good beers, an eatery (no frittekot) could also make money.

The cost of admission could be reduced by using online vouchers from other providers. The costs for parking (here 1.50 ) are still humane.
As soon as I entered the hall I noticed a musty smell, I attribute it to the water.
Only EC cards can be paid at the cash desk at the entrance. Coins must be purchased as a means of payment for everything else. 1 coin = 1.50. With 1 coin you get 1 drink or 1 snack or the exit from the parking lot.
In the morning it was still quite empty on weekdays.
There are a lot of tables. You can bring your own food. Vending machines make a lot of noise, but this is only noticeable when it is empty.
When I bought a cola by the glass, there were chunks floating around in it, but it has been replaced.
Some of the playground equipment was quite dusty.
One roller coaster was out of order. The other one failed on the first trip and the passengers had to be fetched out of chairs in front of the train station.
After the experience, no other tracks have been tried.
The little bumper cars are a lot of fun for little boys and the fact that the ride is free delights the parents.
Conclusion: There is no trust in the railways, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the children would have fun.
Zionism, I would rather go to an indoor playground in bad weather, as I find it cheaper. If I want to ride the train, I will visit a real park. Unfortunately, the Kinderstad couldn't really convince me.

Excellent price-quality ratio because drinks are very reasonably priced and you can bring your own food and drinks. Very large and many appliances for children up to the age of 12. Large parking lot, many tables and chairs.

Really nice place for kids up to the age of 15 or so. Not too expensive because you can bring your own supplies. Almost 10 per kid though - but again - that's for the day...

Very nice just a pity that you can not pin. And if you ordered food, you have been standing in line for a long time, you have to drink it, you have to queue up again on the other side. Not logical

Very bad organization that easily tends to be too crowded and when it becomes unlivable, low cost services but also of poor quality. We probably never think about coming back. And honestly I don't recommend anyone to go there. Definitely negative experience!

Super good arcade, with tasty fries and hamburger with a really good price. Everything 1.5 euros! Milkshake is also highly recommended as this is a nice portion! Entrance for everyone but free, working, wifi.
