So far I've been very satisfied, but what happened today is amazing. A woman was massively attacked by another lady today and only because we kindly wanted to pass her at the cash register. I myself was pushed away and the other woman was hit right in the face and when she was sitting on the floor they continued. The police came too, but nothing else happened. The place here should have thrown this bully out of the game. No instead she can stay here but the woman who was attacked has left. I think something like that doesn't work in a play country and has to be thrown out immediately. I am really disappointed

The interior is quite large, it is very loud and it is probably a former warehouse or similar. been ... The whole hall has a black floor, it looks very uncomfortable and rather dirty ...

Due to the size, the staff is not able to keep everything tidy. Since many parents simply let their older kids run around without keeping an eye on them (which is absolutely OK from a certain age), younger / smaller kids sometimes have to suffer from the older ones ... That's a shame, but not to be changed.

Toilets were also rather dirty ... Although it says on the sink that you shouldn't wash your feet in the basin, this is done by many ... Of course it is quite dirty there too ...

Food / beverage selection and prices for these are OK. Fries were also delicious.

You can also bring your own drinks and food. There are enough seating options. There are also plenty of parking spaces.

We did not like it there and we will not go there for the time being. Maybe when the boys are older ...

We were there with friends and a total of 4 children.

On January 5, I celebrated my child's birthday in Heerlen.
At the cash register I was told that I should only book the estimated number. Then I get the difference back if there are fewer people in the end. In the end I didn't get a cent back, although 4 people didn't come. In addition, rude conversation between two ladies at the cash register. I would say that people like that shouldn't have anything to do with our children.

Not the best place but the only one in the area. When we visited the place was quiet with few staff on duty so the kids could not ride all the attractions. The Rollercoaster was out of order too. The food available was some of the worst I've eaten so bring a packed lunch and lots of money if you do visit.

Very nice indoor amusement park with a lot of action and fun for kids up to 13. In addition to the usual indoor playground equipment, there are 2 roller coasters 1 Wasssrbahn bumper cars and 2 children's carousel. There is a snack, but you can also bring something. We had a great day 3 times and like to come back. Only lockers would be great. In conclusion, we'll be back for sure.

The children are having a great time. Nice attractions, friendly staff. Democratic prices. And you can bring your own food and drinks. It couldn't be better! Super!

Children had a good time and I was able to sit quietly at my table. The disadvantage is that you have to walk with a mouth mask if you have to go to the toilet or want to buy something or help your children.
