I'm new to the area and visited Kimball's this morning for the first time to have a watch battery replaced. I couldn't have asked for better service or nicer staff. I was able to enjoy a delicious cup of quality coffee, served in a ceramic mug while I waited. All of the staff were incredibly genuine, nice people, clearly intent on providing top quality customer service. When the "repair" was completed, they declined payment for their services and merely asked that if in the future I needed jewelry, to give them an opportunity to serve me. You can bet I will do that!

Service was amazing from walking in and being greeted until leaving. Staff was extremely helpful allowed me to look things over without feeling pressured, and able to help with my questions along with providing me with more knowledge.
Definitely will be back!

Got my fiance's engagement ring and wedding bands from Kimball's Caleb offered great customer service for my purchases.

I highly recommend this place.
The service is excellent, and the staff always helpful and courteous.

My husband and I went the first time to this jewelry in a crisis time. After a bad experience in another jewelery, we ended up with no wedding bands 5 days before our wedding. The staff has been very helpful. They helped us to select the bands and worked on them to thin and resize them so they would be exactly what we needed, without additional costs and in very short delay.

We returned there 18 months later to have them cleaned and one of them resized and couldn't be happier with the service. Everything was done in few minutes, they look fantastic, and they even agree to do a couple of minor fixes on a necklace that I couldn't wear anymore.

Love this place. Tracy is absolutely fantastic and I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

Went in to look at jewelry and no one bothered to ask if we needed any help or if we d like to look at anything. I went in specifically to see if they carried the ROLEX Tiffany watch. Lost out on a big sale Kimballs.

My father got my mother's engagement ring at Kimball's roughly 42 years ago, back when the store was on Gay Street. My somewhat old school sentimental thought process encouraged me to do the same. Kimball's did have a selection that could help me narrow down exactly what I was looking for in an engagement ring, but without a doubt it was the customer service that won me over.

Went in to get my watch fitted that I purchased from another online vendor and as I waited a gentlemen came and showed me their collection. The customer service he demonstrated was nothing short of first class. They also didn t charge me to have the watch fitted. I will only be giving them my business in the future because of this experience. Great job!

This is my first experience with Kimball s Jewelers in Knoxville and I was extremely impressed. Unfortunately, a small diamond in my engagement ring setting became dislodged.
I researched jewelers in the area who carry fine jewelry by designer Henri Daussi. I have not been to a jeweler since I moved to Tennessee and I was hesitant to have my ring repaired since I am unfamiliar with this this business. I met a very knowledgeable, professional and personable member of the staff whose name is Marcus. Marcus is the staff member who changed my mind and Kimball s Jewelers is now my jeweler of choice.
The repair is perfect! My ring was professionally cleaned, inspected and repaired. Marcus, the entire team and manager exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much for your kindness, courtesy and thoughtfulness.

Amber is AMAZING!!! She is great at figuring out what you are wanting and strives to make it happen. She is so good that my son who is getting ready to propose asked me to meet him at Kimball s. Amber not only found a ring he loves but is also working in his budget. We love her!!!!

Overcharged for repair work and couldn t care less about the customer after the sell. I took a necklace (purchased at this store) in for an extension or replacement chain. The extension was shorter than I asked for and was a different type of chain. They also charged me 5x the estimate my local jeweler gave me. I told them I was traveling 1.5 hours from out of town and would pick up that day. When I arrived they had closed the shop early and did not call me. So three hour round trip for nothing. And I had to make arrangements for pick up, by an in-town friend. Requested repair made incorrectly and had to go back a fourth time! Terrible service! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Kimball's is one of my favorite places to go in Knoxville. I always feel like a priority as soon as I walk in the door. Once I found out that my grandfather bought my grandmother's engagement ring here many many years ago, I feel more in love with this place!! Lauren is the sweetest and immediately drops what she's doing to come help me! Several years ago I came in with my mother to pick out my first piece of jewelry and Lauren was full of smiles, which made this experience all the more exciting. I have got many more pieces with her and I have always been more than pleased. Whether I am just browsing or making a purchase, she always treats me like family and I enjoy catching up on life with her! Kimball's will always be my jewelry place, especially since browsing the David Yurman website just doesn't cut it!!

Rude and did not make me feel welcome in my opinion. We bought our engagement jewelry elsewhere and I bought him a Breitling watch as part of engagement--rudeness cost them a big sale.

I absolutely love this jewelry store. Top notch. My husband bought my engagement ring here and since then, we ve continued to go back purchasing several items. Today I went in for a watch battery, not only did they replace it for free, but they also cleaned it and my rings. Seriously the best.

While this lovely jewelry store has a beautiful selection of high-end, name brand pieces, the staff is pretentious and selective in whom they give attention. On more than one occasion, upon entering the showroom, someone would look up at me, not greet me or ask if I needed help and went back to their task at hand. I find that rude. They don t realize I ve purchased pricey pieces before and may have a decent budget to work with. I don t buy high end pieces on a regular basis. And that shouldn t determine the amount of attention a customer deserves.

I can not say enough about Kimball's. I drive 3 hours to Knoxville just to see Lauren and Danny. They have treated me with the up most care and respect when it comes to repairs and purchasing. Me, being a Rolex enthusiast, they have all the selection you could want in one store. Now that they have opened a "wing" of the store dedicate to Rolex, I don't have to go west to find what i want. So, if you ever in Knoxville with that special someone, don't hesitate to stop by and ask for Lauren. She a great associate to work with. Kimball's you rock!!

I have bought a few pieces from here now and can not recommend Shannon enough. She is the farthest thing from a typical sales person. Her knowledge was awesome and it always feel relaxed when I go in. If I leave empty handed I don't feel that I let them down like other places. The place is clean and I regret buying my wife's engagement ring from the competitor up the street. The owner Danny also seems down to earth and I actually feel good about putting my money in his pocket. I'll be back for Christmas

This place is absolutely the worst place for jewelry! It is way overpriced and their grading of diamonds is not accurate....I had my wife s ring in just to be cleaned. So the guy who took it back to be cleaned came back after 10 mins had passed and said here s your ring it s nice and clean now . It looked like it never had been touched or cleaned. So we went close by to the reliable Markmans jewelers and they stated the ring need to be cleaned. So they cleaned it for free and it look like a new ring the diamond and gold sparkled.... kimballs will never get my business ever! They are rude and lie to your face just like the guy who supposedly cleaned my wife s ring. These guys are crooks....honestly BEWARE! God bless.....this place has no integrity, morals or character. Goodbye kimballs....I will buy from markmans from now on....just bought a Rolex there!

I'm not a local to the area, but worked with them very easily and quickly over the phone. Should be getting the my new watch in this week and can't wait, was looking for it everywhere new. The sales staff answered all my questions, and got my watch set for delivery quickly. Just wish I would have received a receipt to my email at the time of purchase, but I'm sure it will come in with my watch.

I even returned a purchase for personal reasons and found that process to be simple and 100% satisfactory (full refund - no questions asked). They are friendly and honorable people that I intend to do business with for as long as I live in Knoxville!
