My father got my mother's engagement ring at Kimball's roughly 42 years ago, back when the store was on Gay Street. My somewhat old school sentimental thought process encouraged me to do the same. Kimball's did have a selection that could help me narrow down exactly what I was looking for in an engagement ring, but without a doubt it was the customer service that won me over.
Amber was AWESOME!!!

I cannot praise the customer service at Kimball's enough, and in particular, Amber! I will definitely be back to Kimball's in the future! While I am positive any of the staff would take great care of a customer, I will be asking for Amber!
