The scum of Italy works for this shop, very rude staff, even though I am a buying customer they didn t want to exchange a 100 euro bill, and I noticed her cashier was plenty of money. I would recommend Kiko to select and train better their staff because the staff is hurting this nice brand.

They really have it all, they also have (as in all Kiko stores) mirrors where you can try the tricks purchased and, in general, you can directly make up as soon as you arrive at the station.
My review is related to the staff of this store not to the brand. I needed a foundation, I asked for help several times and I was poorly assisted by a contract. When at last I find my color, it wasn't there and tried to give me more expensive foundations. The staff of a make-up shop should be qualified and willing to help customers especially if it is a foundation

Good quality cosmetics for super affordable prices. Wish they were available in Romania, I'll stop by to shop every time I'm in Milan though. Staff was nice and helpful, gave me tips and showed me what some of the products I was k interested in looked like on skin.
Staffs totally bitchy and not helping at all. Was in the store for 20 mins alone without any other people but no staff was coming for help. Then I had to call a girl with impatient face not even a smile three times at the counter to pay! Such a disgrace for a nice brand, super bad and rude! Will never step in this store again

The staff is rude. The staff members misunderstood that we had opened the shelves they had left open, and were cautiously talking to other staff members as if they were stupid.
